Tina was very nice and helpful! It was hard being out of state, and the experience while on site was not as fast as it could have been. The financing person missed an opportunit It was hard being out of state, and the experience while on site was not as fast as it could have been. The financing person missed an opportunity to explain things on the phone prior to when we visited so it was a non starter when we got to the dealership, had an appointment and still had to wait four hours to sign. He did not portray the credit process to what he did, the loan kept changing and still changed after I left. More
