Aweful Internet Purchase! I contacted the manager, who did not respond to my text, only to give me total attitude once he finds out I contacted his boss to let him know my displeasure. In the ending note, I can only wish I had forwarded my nasty unfriendly text that he sent me to the Cadillac Corporation, like my complaints of zero gas and no TAG on vehicle were no big deal. Then, my third disappointment was to find only one key came with the car. So again, not to know this upfront that I will need to purchase a $450 spare key was the icing on the cake. Absolutely, do not recommend buying a car from these folks. I only wish I had read the other reviews on DealerRater.com. More

Instead of "selling" me a car, he actually listened to me and matched me with the car of my dreams. No scams. No slick experience. He was like Mr. Big. He listens, he cares and he deliveres. If Naperville has a bunch of Franks in there, I'm loyal. Cadillac speaks for itself and Frank made sure I got what I wanted and didn't overpay. Bravo, Naperville. Thanks Frank. More

Salesman Paul is such a liar it is almost pathalogical. GM Frank is right there with him as is the con man in the finance dept. Buyer Beware and go somewhere else. I will never go back. I am not sure who they're customers are but I will not be one!!! I have no idea how GM or Cadillac lets them get away with this joke of a dearership they are running. Took Cadillac in for service while visiting Illinois (from NYS) due to check engine light being on. Came back with recommendations for $3200 worth of work, brakes, rotors, flush all lines, and a evap s (from NYS) due to check engine light being on. Came back with recommendations for $3200 worth of work, brakes, rotors, flush all lines, and a evap solenoid joint (or something like that). Had all work done, asked them if we needed an oil change while we were there, they told us no we did not. Picked the car up and less than 48 hours later, the engine is completely dead. Had the car towed to our own Syracuse dealership since we were 60 miles from home at this point, they found there was no engine oil in the car, or at least NO READABLE OIL ON THE DIPSTICK. This ultimately killed our engine, so not only are we now out of $3200 (which I can assure you we way overpayed) but we also have no car. Naperville Cadillac refuses to fix this issue even though they admit fault with "not really checking the oil" even though our multipoint inspection states they did. They also told us that because of the milage on the car they do not think they should have to pay to fix the engine. On two occasions we were even told that it would "cost them nothing to fix the engine," they "just don't want to." The owner is dishonest, stating that they offered us more than one option to fix this, which is untrue. He also called us liars by saying "we were putting words in their mouths" when we confronted him on the fact that the service manager Chris Miranda admitted fault to both myself and my boyfriend on two seperate occasions. They are leaving us no choice but to involve a lawyer, the worst customer service I have even seen in my life. I would love to hear from anyone who has had a similar issue since this will be going to court, thanks! More
Shopping for a car, I went to 5 dealerships of their respective brands. I was strongly discouraged by the 1980 sales techniques used by this dealership. It this is the best Cadillac can do, I assure you, I will never buy a Cadillac. "How much can you really afford?" was the second question I was asked. Then I was directed over to used cars. REALLY! The experience went down from there. I ended up buying an Audi. I guess I can now answer the Cadillac dealers question... I can't afford the demeaning attitude of a Sales representative at any price. But, I can certainly pay for the price of a car at a dealer that represent their product professionally. This is the third time I have been stung by GM dealerships in 3 years, twice by Naperville Cadillac. In that time I have purchased two cars (replacements). Niether was a GM product. I still have one remaining GM product in my garage. Although this remaining vehicle will be replace in 6-8 months, I have no reason to give Naperville Cadillac any more respect than they given me. More
