Xt5👍🏽 I wanted to trade in a Ford Explorer and visited another dealer at least 4 times. Salesman was a gentleman but management kept saying no to my offers I wanted to trade in a Ford Explorer and visited another dealer at least 4 times. Salesman was a gentleman but management kept saying no to my offers or suggestions. It became a turnoff and I did not return. On a whim I walked in Cadillac of Mahwah and met a few salespeople including the sales manager who had no problem getting involved. All of a sudden I kept hearing things like yes , we can do this or that. That sold me. I bought a new 2017 XT5 Premier Luxury and got what I wanted in it at 0% and got more for my trade than the other dealer was firm on. So overall, it was a learning lesson for me and turned out to be a great car buying experience Even a salesperson who was not the original man I spoke with helped me when the other was his day off. Spent the whole day looking for what I wanted and Found It. Good work Its only been a week but so far so good. Most Understanding Salesman After 3 weeks of car shopping, my husband suggested we check out the new Cadillacs. John sat us down and started to ask us a series of questions, how we intend to use the vechile etc.. after 10min or so we had narrowed it down to a Specific Escalade. Now the fun part right :) Instead of John running back and forth to his "manager" he took out a piece of paper and drew a line right down the center. He gave us 3 separate lease options and even explained why NOT to put down alot of money on a lease. We picked up our Escalade last week and could not be hapier.
