I have two Cadillac's that when in need I take to Cadillac west for service. My Service writer Britton Battisti whom I have used since 2018 when my Escalade ESV needed service. Alix was a great salesperson - kept us informed at all times and provided answers to all our questions. Was not entirely please with the add ons that we placed in the contract and while it’s partially my times and provided answers to all our questions. When I called to cancel the next business day the finance person was less than helpful and tired to convince me I was getting a great deal - even though I paid 5k over MSRP (no option) More
