The vehicle is always returned to me clean. Recently, I had service and a few minor items were unaddressed. The Business Development Manager, Leah Moir ensured those missing items were forwarded to me. Most organizations would have ignored my minor issues, but Leah went out of the way to make sure the items got closed. Love the Cadillac Experience Just got my SRX last August and it was time for an oil change and was the first time I had my car serviced at Cadillac of Knoxville. While waiting for Matt to get some information from my car, I was also greeted several times in the office and asked if they could help me as well. Within an hour my car was ready and Matt went over everything with me. The Premium Care Maintenance plan is so nice and gives you a higher level of confidence. My car was shiny and clean and had a nice goody bag inside. It is little things that make the customer feel satisfied.
