Thyron, I have discussed your review with the technician,the service writer and the Service Manager...when we perform services on ten plus year old vehicles of any make our model we risk unforeseen issues ...this vehicle had an above average service maintenance record. miles were low for the year model ...we replaced a leaking high pressure steering hose...a motor mount...and a throttle body service all necessary services ... your current problem is unrelated to the work we performed ...We recommend to all our used vehicle buyers to have the vehicle inspected especially older cars and trucks before the purchase ...so they are prepared for future repairs...contact me and we will inspect your vehicle at no charge...so you are prepared for future repairs...Russ

When Miss Howey contacted management a few weeks ago with her concern it became our concern. It was obvious that Miss Howey’s expectations were not met… we are extremely disappointed in the handling of this situation.
