Our salesman, Steve Patterson, did a superb job! We had delayed purchasing a new/used car for almost two years because we did not look forward to the process of searching, test driving, and negotiati We had delayed purchasing a new/used car for almost two years because we did not look forward to the process of searching, test driving, and negotiating as well as selling our existing car. We went to Cadillac of Knoxville and worked with Steve Patterson. In one visit we found the car we wanted and purchased it on the second visit (once the car arrived on the lot). We feel Steve (and Russ) worked with us to come to a price that was fair for everyone involved. Steve made sure all of the service requests were completed and even cleaned the exhaust pipes to a shiny finish himself. We had not really intended to trade in our Volvo, but they made us a good offer so we avoided the process of having to sell the car ourselves. If we had known purchasing an "almost new" used car was so easy, we would not have waited so long. Even after the sale Steve has been most responsive to any questions that we have had about our new vehicle (we are new to all of the computerized features). More
