Visits to Greenwich Cadillac The service was great at the service counter and paper work was accurate. However, when I received my car back, the drivers side smelled like a wet The service was great at the service counter and paper work was accurate. However, when I received my car back, the drivers side smelled like a wet rag. It smelled so bad, I ad yo pull over at exit 5 at a gas station and try to figure out why the car smelled so bad. I dont know why, but maybe the crew that were working on the car, transferred the odor from their sweaty uniform onto the drivers seat. Thsts my best guess. In terms of why I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, that has to with Rondell. I initially attempted to buy my SRX from Greenwhich Cadillac in Nov 2017. However, Rondell was so rude and aggressive I could not bare doing business with him. I would not want anyone else to be subjected to his aggressive and unwelcoming tactics. I hope you find my reasons for not recommending this dea lordship helpful. More

This is my 3rd Cadillac crossover and used another dealer. For first 2 caddies. I have never experienced this level of service anywhere. From flat tire last fall to the service appointments and any support needed, they will do whatever they can to make my life easier. I fully recommend them for sales and service! Regular maintenance service covered by Cadillac. So i can’t rate price for service visit. More
