Very friendly and fair dealership. Highly recommend! I was practically scammed by another dealer in Northbrook IL. Contacted Kyle and gave him all the information over the phone. Told him I was going with my daughter the next day and wanted to get things done quickly. When I showed up, they had the car ready to go and most of the paperwork done. Rob then took really good care of us once we got to the dealership. He listened to what we wanted/needed/and didn't and then provided options. They really made the whole experience very easy from the initial shopping online to sealing the deal. Everyone...Todd, Rob, and Dave provided excellent service. I can't think of anything I would have had them do differently. I definitely recommend you give the Dealership a try and ask for Rob. More

After finding out how much it was going to cost to have my car repaired, I decided to go look in the show room where I met Rob Reus. He saw to it that I was well taken care of, & did a "GREAT" job in getting me a great deal & warrenty on my 2013 Cadillac ATS. He made sure I left David Bruce a happy man. Thanks for everything. More

Great Experience! Buying a new car is not one of my favorite things to do, which is probably why I held on to my old car for almost 16 years. One of the main reasons I don't like buying a new car is because I don't like feeling like a victim to a sales pitch. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars and features, so I often feel like a car salesman can smell blood and go in for a kill by selling me a car that isn't a good fit. However, my experience at David Bruce Cadillac was not as expected. I left in my new Cadillac XT5 with a smile on my face and feeling good about the deal I received. I was introduced to Jason Connor and he immediately got to work finding me the perfect car. Jason remained in constant contact with me and provided a pleasant and enjoyable car buying experience. Given that I am a nervous buyer and unaware of technology, Jason provided quick answers to all my questions. Jason never pushed me into buying a more expensive vehicle with more features, and instead made sure I was comfortable with the features I desired. When I picked up my car, Jason took the time to personally go over the features and also helped me set up these features. In prior experiences, I was shuffled over to another employee who quickly explained my car's features allowing the salesman to move on to his next deal. This wasn't the case with Jason. He walked me through everything and followed up after I left to make sure I was comfortable in my new car. Jason and the entire David Bruce Team were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We traveled about an hour to deal directly with Jason and it was well worth the trip! Kyle was a newbie at the dealership but was very knowledgeable and what he was missing in the sale Rob was there to fill him in. As for Tony he volunteered to give us a ride home because we sold our car and no transportation home. We would like to give a special kudos to Kyle and Rob for their superior efforts helping us buy the car. They went above and beyond without pressuring us. Most of the time when you go to a car dealer it seems like you are pressured. Not here. We felt like family.
