For the first time I contacted Dave via email then text messages the experience was great. The one thing that really took me over the top was this phrase that he said to me, I am here to build a relationship not just sell cars that was great. When I arrived Mike was waiting for me at the door and he was very pleasant and laid back. There absolutely no pressure at all. I was also able to meet the David Bruce he just walked up to me in the waiting calm as could be and we just talked it was great. The whole experience from when I first walked driving the car and then meeting with finance guy was great. I drove an hour and ten minutes to get there and it was well worth the trip. Thanks a lot guys you have earned a relationship with me for years to come great job. More

He showed me a few that were pretty good but I wasnt exactly sure if I wanted this vehicle. I also explained to him that I was ALREADY approved for financing but he wanted to see if he could get me a better rate. Somehow David Bruce was able to run my credit and I have 11 hard inquiries on my report that I now have to dispute. I wouldn't necessarily blame David Bruce if Rob wasn't so nasty when we didn't buy the car that evening . I believe he did this on purpose. What a piece of crap he is!!! More
