May 22, 2022 Initially I wanted to purchase an used 2020 Cadillac but then I changed my mind and went down to your dealership in Beverly Hills. Mind you that I was referred by Costco. When we went down to Cadillac but then I changed my mind and went down to your dealership in Beverly Hills. Mind you that I was referred by Costco. When we went down to the parking P4, I saw a few new 2022 Cadillac Escalades ESV, I pointed and I said hey I like this black one and ivan said well let me go upstairs and take a look to see what's going on with it. So he brought the finance manager in and he explained to me that this car has been in your inventory since May 17, 2022 which is five days, and I said why is the car not sold yet? and he said well we're just waiting on the customer, and I said how long does it take for you to sell a car while you have a customer in front of you looking to buy with cash. Then he said, well we just like to give them time until they get back with us. Then I told him look at your website saying that there's five new Cadillac Escalade's coming in? And he told me those are pre-orders. And I said to him, look you do know that this is false advertising, And possibly A scam to bring people in and try to sell them on something else. So here's my question to you all as the owner son and the general manager of Beverly Hills Cadillac, "Why would you advertise cars that are coming in that people already ordered"? that doesn't make any sense at all. Especially when the average person can't even buy it, even if the person Who ordered the car initially doesn't pick it up because it then goes to somebody on your VIP list. Bait and switch. Be aware. Don't shop here. More

Just bought my first really nice car here! I knew I wanted a Cadillac and they had a great selection of new Cars. Jesus was my sales person and couldn't have been nicer or made the process an I knew I wanted a Cadillac and they had a great selection of new Cars. Jesus was my sales person and couldn't have been nicer or made the process any easier. No pressure, no stress. He was patient and followed up with me when I got delayed and couldn't make my first appointment. Easily rescheduled to the following day. The showroom is really nice and lots of amenities like coffee comfortable chairs for waiting while they got the paperwork prepared. All together one of the nicest car buying experiences I've had! More
