Ian by far has been the best sales consultant to deal with. He was flexible in how we worked on the purchase of my new 2019 Cadillac Escalade ESV. We started with phone, worked some over email and text. I had many things on my plate and was unable to work all the details out at the dealer. I appreciated that he and the dealership including his sales manager Jeff were so flexible in accommodating my preferred methods of communications as we worked out my deal. It was a little complex with the two cars I was trading in they made it work to what I needed. Ian was patient and flexible and just such a great person to deal with. He was not pushy or try to up sell me on things I did not need. He was a straight shooter and honest. We built up trust in a very short time.
