I worked with Alex who was fun to speak with and was willing to assist me when it came to some special requests I had in terms of purchasing the car. When he heard it was my birthday he was kind enough willing to assist me when it came to some special requests I had in terms of purchasing the car. When he heard it was my birthday he was kind enough to bring me some cake that was at the office. Later I came back to the dealership another day to fix adjust some paperwork and they offered me free food which was incredibly kind of them. In terms of prices they seem to be pretty fair, and even a little lower than the average for used vehicles. Great experience, would recommend. More

I enjoyed their "singular" point of contact model vs having to go talk to a "finance manager." after the initial deal was done. Being that I did not live locally, they made the process smooth. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. They are a "newer" dealership working through some of the operational kinks, but nothing major at all. They worked hard to make some of those "kinks" that came up smooth out. I've been buying/selling cars for years and working with Alex as my primary contact. You can tell he has pro-level experience. One area for improvement would be better vehicle details for delivery. However, the vehicle was clean; I would expect a luxury brand to fully detail a new car, as there were parts of the interior and exterior that could have used "more love." I would go back and procure another vehicle from them! Overall, my experience is a solid 90/100 overall. More
