Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation which got done pretty quickly but after running it through the car wash it was parked in an out of the way spot. I thought I saw that my car was ready and wait done pretty quickly but after running it through the car wash it was parked in an out of the way spot. I thought I saw that my car was ready and waited about 30 minutes for my service guy to come get me. When I asked why it took him so long, he said he was busy with other things. If I go back I’ll be more aggressive about getting my car when it’s done and getting out of there. I ended up spending almost 2 hours for a 30 minute job. More
