The sales process was very smooth and efficient despite the amount of questions we peppered Keith Pedrick with. We purchased 2 cars and traded in 1 in a 4 day window. The reason that it's not 5 stars however is due to an issue with administration and the excess payoff of our traded-in car. Having to wait close to a month for a check because of a clerk error is not really that great of a look. It might not have been that big of a deal if the communication had been better. Leaving messages for people and them not returning your call is an issue. Having to chase people down just to get information about money owed to you is not great. I can imagine if the situation were reversed, I would've been hounded day and night. I haven't had to visit the Service Center yet but I am hopeful they are better than Regal. Regal's Service Center is the sole reason I went looking elsewhere. (Poor Regal catching strays on a review not even meant for them) Overall, the buying process and the finance office at Cadillac Lakeland were smooth processes. Nothing hidden, no xx, good back and forth conversation. More
