The experience wasn’t terrible and no one was extremely rude or uncourteous. However, our first time experience did not seem to be on par with a luxury brand standard. The service advisor was smoking out rude or uncourteous. However, our first time experience did not seem to be on par with a luxury brand standard. The service advisor was smoking outside as we pulled into the lane. Then we waited, while the same person went inside to make customer phone calls. Another advisor did greet us and advised us to hold for our advisor. Once our advisor was off the call, the service advisor began explaining the issue, until someone walked up and without saying “excuse me”, they stopped our conversation and began a conversation with another employee. Not very professional and borderline rude. While our vehicle was being checked out, the advisor told us to wait in the lounge. We had to ask where the lounge was and what would happen next. The customer lounge was is disrepair, with cracking leatherette chairs, dirty flooring, unkept restroom and just generally tired feeling areas. Again, not what we are use to from other luxury brands and other Cadillac dealerships. I think the dealership could do much better, to represent the brand and elevate the customer experience. More

Cadillac Lakeland is great! I needed to have my windshield replaced, which was handled at the dealership. The process from drop off, to getting a loaner vehicle to pick up, was I needed to have my windshield replaced, which was handled at the dealership. The process from drop off, to getting a loaner vehicle to pick up, was fast and easy. All service personnel were professional and courteous. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because, while my vehicle was washed prior to pick up, it wasn’t vacuumed and the front passenger floorboard was definitely in need of vacuuming and there was fine dust along the dashboard. I’m certain it was an oversight, but I did withhold the 4th star, as a result. More
