Everyone lies at this dealership I did a new built on Cadillac Escalate agreed on a price 4/2022 put a deposit down. From some reason my order got canceled 2 months later, i did Not receive any notifications from the dealership or my sorry salesman Darrell after seeing how things was going I called him a lot during the process for some reason He didn't like that even though thats part of his job taking care of customers So he called me one day and was real aggressive and try to Bully me but that didn't work that made the matter worse. i actually had to call GM myself and do their job. When the vehicle actually got here They tried to overcharge me by $5000 and they try to hold the vehicle So I didn't buy it. They wanted to sell it for more Because they don't get much inventory they don't have alocations like all the busiest dealerships More

Took my car in because it was running a lil hot. They said it was the water pump charged me 900 dollars. I picked my car up drove one mile and my car was still running hot. So this tells me it wasn’t the said it was the water pump charged me 900 dollars. I picked my car up drove one mile and my car was still running hot. I take my car to Cadillac canon to be fixed correctly and this is what happens. I’m not sure if this place has any integrity left for honest mechanic work. More
