Marco did a great job Communicating and updating the progress. The loaner car process was awesome. However, we had a problem with the car heading to the dealer, it started shuttering with multiple alarm progress. The loaner car process was awesome. However, we had a problem with the car heading to the dealer, it started shuttering with multiple alarm messages. It lasted not even a minute and cleared itself. I mentioned this when I dropped the car off and they found a misfire code. They could not replicate and did a quick check and found nothing. Yesterday it did the same, I was fortunate to be close to an auto zone and they detected code P2004 before it cleared itself. I am bringing it to a local dealer where I live and see if they can figure it out. I just bought the car two days ago so this is a bit disturbing. More
