We initially went to look at the cars available on a day the lot was closed and we ran into an older gentleman that had previously purchased a car from Cactus Auto and was looking at what was available on the lot. He told us they were great to work with, honest and that it was not a high-pressured sales environment. We came back with our daughter and ended up working with Frankie and Eddy. She was able to find exactly what she wanted at a very affordable price! It was such a great experience, that our son came back three weeks later and also purchased a car from Frankie and Eddy. Our mechanic checked out both vehicles before buying and said the vehicles were in excellent condition! We stopped by Cactus Auto after viewing some vehicles on-line. Chris met us as we were heading toward the trucks. He's very friendly and helpful. It was truly a surprise to be allowed to take the vehicle for a solo test drive and go over all the functions of the vehicle without someone looking over your shoulder. Once I made the decision to purchase the vehicle after some good natured negotiations the loan process was painless and obvious this wasn't their first rodeo.
