Excited to find a great deal, No rip offs, Went above/beyond Cactus Auto sold us a great vehicle at a competitive price. They have a great reputation in town so we went with them. After purchasing the jeep, we n Cactus Auto sold us a great vehicle at a competitive price. They have a great reputation in town so we went with them. After purchasing the jeep, we noticed a small problem but Gary- my salesman- called me a few weeks later to see how the car was running. After letting him know about the issue, they checked it & fixed it without hassle. Gary is incredibly friendly & honest. He definitely has great work ethic & customer service/satisfaction. I will briefly mention that I'm not the biggest fan of Reg. He was not the most polite person on my last visit to cactus auto (a few years ago). But he doesn't appear to be a sales guy anymore, so no worries. If you're looking for an honest dealership though this is a good one, and Gary Privratsky is awesome & would highly recommend him to anyone!
