He lied about making an appointment to get it fixed. I called the place and they told me they never heard of him and there was never an appointment scheduled. He is now trying to charge me .25 per mile and shipping cost but refuses to tell me how much that is. My mom is 83 and lurched this car. She hasn’t make any payments because it was just purchased in December and he still does not give us a date/ time when I car will be picked up. The car needs about $4000 in repairs. Again he said he would pay to get it fixed. I’ll be reporting this to the police, BBB, and anyone else. Definitely an attorney. Do not buy from this fraud. They are not honest or transparent. My mom lurched. BMW that was going to cost her $26,000. More

They are one of two Kelley Blue Book (KBB) dealers that come up here in Tucson, when you get a KBB quote online. They gave me exactly the price that KBB quoted me on my 13-year-old Toyota Corolla. It was a seamless, quick process, and I walked away with a check for my car, and they even provided me a ride home. Shout out to Zander who inspected my vehicle, and had a check cut for me in less than 30 minutes. Very impressed with how easy he made the process. No sitting in back rooms and back and forth checking with a mysterious “sales manager”. And no ridiculous lowballing on what was offered by KBB. Also, Vanessa was the one who answers the phone and I met her briefly as well. She’s high energy and seems to have terrific customer service skills. Also met Tommy when I first arrived. Can’t say enough about Cactus Auto and their professionalism, energy and eagerness to treat customers well. Pretty good chance you’ll be treated very well there and be satisfied with the outcome! As my time was really short, I had to drive down to Tucson from Ogden, Utah in one day, make the purchase, and drive back the next. Both Bob and John Ranic were fantastic. Not only was the car everything they said it was, but when I arrived, all the documents were ready and after taking the car for a test-drive, John and I sat down to sign paperwork (by the way, he had been in contact with two Utah credit unions and kept in contact with one for days, finally persuading them to drop the interest rate they offered). Both guys (and every supportive person there who switched the tires on the car I was buying for the one I traded in) were more amazing than any other salespeople I've worked with (and I've purchased many cars from major Toyota dealerships over the past 20 years). I can't say enough good things about these people! Buy your car from them! You're experience will be just as pleasant! More

Easy decision I shopped around town and online for a week before checking out Cactus Auto. I should've just started there. I had made an appointment for May 29th w I shopped around town and online for a week before checking out Cactus Auto. I should've just started there. I had made an appointment for May 29th with Hans. I was nearby on May 23rd and stopped in on the spur of the moment toward the end of the business day. Hans was more than happy to help and got the keys to the cars I was interested in. I test drove them and found the one I liked, discussed the numbers, which Hans presented clearly and simply, and the next day I drove home in my new car. I'm grateful to Cactus Auto and especially Hans, for making this huge decision one of the easiest I've ever made. More

Found the car I wanted on their website, went for a test drive at noon and took possession at 5. I was pre-approved with my CU but they got me a better interest rate at a different CU. I didn't even ask.... I would recommend the Men at Cactus Auto for anyone who is looking for a straight up team that pays attention and treats you with respect. More

I went into Cactus Auto with the expectations of not getting a car ( just being honest)...until this man came running out with the most friendly smile, I could tell instantly that he wasn't just a "salesman". His name is Hans and he was the most helpful and friendly person I have ever encountered that were in the sales position. He didn't try to convince me to buy a car I didn't want and he didn't try to swindle us out our money when it came to the car we bought. Hans made the car buying experience really REALLY fun because he is very easy to talk to and the man can COOK.
