No patience for inefficiency. Service department should be honest and upfront with customers waiting on service. We wait 2 1/2 hours on an oil change. Apparently there was a malfunction on the compressor and no one advised us of problem only said they’re still working on it. No customer service. Not an offer to reduce price of service either More
