We were always pleased with the service when it was Ed Bozarth but since it has changed ownership I think maybe the mafia is in charge. Over a weeks time and multiple phone calls later (with the last “unavoidable” repair not approved by me) the bill was over $5k!! My experience with the collision center and the service department was horrible. I was rear ended and my car was supposed to be at the collision center for a week. Which turned into 3 weeks. I had to call everyday to clarify if my car was going to be ready by that day or else I would never have heard anything. I was even told that they forgot to call me. Good thing I wasn’t paying for the rental car I had from enterprise! That’s just the start of the problems I had with Cable Dahmers collision center. More

All four of my tires were showing PSI on my dash before I went in for a tire rotation. Afterwards one of my tires PSI was not showing up and my dash read "Service Tire Monitor System" so I called and asked I went in for a tire rotation. Afterwards one of my tires PSI was not showing up and my dash read "Service Tire Monitor System" so I called and asked to bring it back to see why that problem arose after the rotation. My sensors were checked and I was told one of them went bad and needs replaced for around $180-$190. After leaving I noticed now that none of them show PSI. I don't understand how I went from four tires being fine and sensors working correctly, to three and now to zero after two visits to this shop. More
