I dropped my 2019 Silverado off on Thursday afternoon at 1:30. Didn't hear anything from the Tech Eric till the next day when I called in the morning and got his voicemail. I heard from him at 11:40 to tell me what is going on, and the fix they will be doing and said he would call to let me know when done. I called at 4:00 to see, and he had gone home from the day. I again talked to Cass, and she got another tech Nathan to help me out, and found out my car was done, and I picked it up at 5:15. this would be a 0 star review if it weren't for Cass and Nathan.
