2 years after we had traded in a car to Cable Dahmer we received a certified letter saying that we owed over $3,000 for an impound and towing fee. They had never transferred the car out of our name and the person who bought the car never registered it and was involved in an accident. I just checked with our treasurer’s office and the car is still in my name. We had also found a car on their site and we had cash in hand. The manager refused to retrieve the vehicle for us. Recently we went back for a 3rd time and we saw a truck we liked. When we sat down to go over the numbers I noticed the price was $5,000 over the internet price. There was a line through that price and it appeared they had already deducted $3,000 to make a stupid person believe they were really getting a good deal. They had said they had just had the truck for 2 days and when I offered less they said they wouldn’t come off the price because it had not even been on the lot. I questioned why they had already taken $3,000 off the price if they had only had it for 2 days. I told them it was false advertising because the internet price was a lot less than what was presented on paper. He bragged and told me what they spend on marketing and how many cars he sold a month. I told him if they can afford to spend $100,000 on marketing that’s false they could afford to sell a car for the price listed. The manager was arrogant and rude. I will never buy a car from them again. More
I brought my truck in a couple of months ago for warranty work, and during the process, the running boards were unfortunately damaged. I spoke with Steven Morgan and Dalton Adams (Service Manager), explained work, and during the process, the running boards were unfortunately damaged. I spoke with Steven Morgan and Dalton Adams (Service Manager), explained the issue, and they immediately took the truck to assess the situation. After reviewing it, Steven informed me that they couldn’t fix the damage, but they had already ordered replacements for me. Once the new running boards arrived, they got them installed, and they look fantastic! Steven and Dalton truly went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. They communicated with me every step of the way, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Steven even took the extra step of washing my truck after installing the new running boards before I picked it up. Despite the unfortunate situation, their commitment to great customer service made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to making sure I left happy. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service! More
