In those 30 years of association with car salespeople, I became very weary and skeptical of dealership sales tactics. I can tell you that this transaction was nothing like what I observed in the past. Everyone I had contact with displayed a professionalism I had seen very little of in the past. I was first presented with sales numbers that were in line with the information I had researched, I was offered a fair deal for my trade in, and I was offered all the add-ins, but when I declined some I was never pressured in any way. I especially appreciate the dealership's willingness to get the vehicle to the south dealership, nearer to me, for inspection and delivery. I will definitely make sure I tell all my associates and friends about this experience. More
