My new vehicle purchase at Cable-Dahmer was by far my best experience among many dealerships throughout the years. I have been a Loyal Ford Motor Company supporter for the past 18 years. This loyalty was directly attributed to exceptional customer service that was provided by a small town dealership known as Interstate Ford in Saint Joseph MO. Unfortunately they were bought out by a large dealership and customer service became a thing of the past. With quality/ customer service a priority, I turned to an acquaintance (Kristie Nichols) for advice. Through her words, I decided to give Cable-Dahmer a try and I couldn't be more happy that I did. She suggested that I speak with Jeff Davis for his great knowledge and experience with all vehicles. Jeff was awesome! He had answers for all my questions and was very thorough on every model that I asked about. Jeff even stayed late to work around my schedule. Jeff provided the exceptional customer service that I had been looking for and provided me with the exact information that made it clear my next vehicle would be a Chevy from Cable-Dahmer. The exceptional customer service didn't end there. After I decided on a vehicle, the finance manager provided me with the knowledge necessary to make wise decisions on extra care plans for my vehicle without putting me to sleep. His professional attitude and experience helped make the closing go on without any problems. He even provided me with a rate that couldn't be matched... I didn't even have to ask!! Kathleen Spurrier was the on-line contact who arranged an inspection of the new vehicle I was interested in. I did purchase the vehicle I was interested in. It was a very satisfactory experience, and the salesperson, Alejandro Garcia, was a pleasure to work with. He was professionally congenial, confident, friendly, and knowledgeable. I confided in him the very bad experience I had with the north dealership in 2006, but he completely erased any bad feelings that remained over that. I really enjoyed working with him putting this deal together. I also confided in Alejandro that I had 30 years experience working in the automotive business. In those 30 years of association with car salespeople, I became very weary and skeptical of dealership sales tactics. I can tell you that this transaction was nothing like what I observed in the past. Everyone I had contact with displayed a professionalism I had seen very little of in the past. I was first presented with sales numbers that were in line with the information I had researched, I was offered a fair deal for my trade in, and I was offered all the add-ins, but when I declined some I was never pressured in any way. I especially appreciate the dealership's willingness to get the vehicle to the south dealership, nearer to me, for inspection and delivery. I will definitely make sure I tell all my associates and friends about this experience. More
