This was the most fantastic experience buying a new truck we have ever had. From the moment we stepped onto the lot until we left we were treated like we were VIPs. Several people offered to help us, from offering ice cold water to giving directions. We never felt pressured to do anything we didn't want to. Received a more than fair price on our trade-in and we drove away with a new truck for an awesome price. Work with Jeff! More

I'm 18 and looking for a quality college vehicle and with in 5 minutes of taking a peak at the chevy cruise, Nick came out and greeted us, and seemed happy to let me test drive the 2011 chevy cruise eco whic in 5 minutes of taking a peak at the chevy cruise, Nick came out and greeted us, and seemed happy to let me test drive the 2011 chevy cruise eco which is a great car by the way. Then I walked down the street to to The Toyota dealership and no one ever came out to greet me and on top of that when I asked to test drive a civic, the dealer said for me to bring an adult, I told him I was 18 and have already started on my credit building and he refused to work with me and acted not interested. I very well suggest for anyone going to look for a car on the 103rd st strip of auto malls. I highly recommend cable dammer and suggest Nick Cummins as your Consultant. I even walked back to the chevy dealer after I was angry with Toyota's customer service and I was really sweaty and Nick even brought out two water bottles that were chilled for my friend and I. Thanks alot cable dammer of kansas city and Nick for providing excellent customer service!!! I will recommend cable dammer to anyone!! More
I contacted Cable Dahmer after seeing their TV advertisement offering to buy our vehicle, even if we didn't buy one of theirs. I e-mailed the dealership from their website link, and received a re advertisement offering to buy our vehicle, even if we didn't buy one of theirs. I e-mailed the dealership from their website link, and received a reply from Susie Jackson. She said that she would obtain an "I think" type of appraisal for me on my Expedition, if I would provide her with the details on the vehicle. I provided everything I could think of in regards to details on our Expedition, down to a small scratch in the paint. I explained to her that we lived approximately 85 miles from the dealership, so I really appreciated the ability to receive a buy bid offer over e-mail. Although it took her close to a week to obtain the bid, here's what I received; "Cohlby, I just talked with Daryl, he has done an "I Think" at $19,025. The "I Thinks" are always on the low side, because we do not want to give you a higher number and then you come in for the on sight appraisal and get a lower number." The offer was a little less than I was hoping for, but I was confident in my description of the vehicle, and felt that it was worth the drive to the dealership in hopes that the offer would increase some upon Daryl seeing the vehicle in person. Between receiving that e-mail, and being able to set up a time to take off of work to come in (5 days), I received notice that Susie had left the company, and Vida Morgan had taken over her customers. Vida was able to get an appointment for me to come in on Saturday at 1:00 to have the vehicle appraised in person at the dealership. I took the car in on July 9th (9 days from receiving the internet buy offer). Upon arriving at the dealership, I was transferred to Chris to do my in-person appraisal. Chris informed me that Daryl was out with arthroscopic knee surgery, and Vida was not working that Saturday. He went through what seemed like a normal appraisal process on the car, but came back with an offer of $17,500. I explained to him that we had received the initial offer of $19,025, and had based our decision to make the drive down on that offer. I even had the printed e-mail conversation showing that fact. He went to talk to Tom again, but when he came back, the offer was no different. Just an excuse about rising gas costs. Even though gas had gone down, and we were only talking about a 9 day window. There was never any mention that I had failed to describe the vehicle accurately, and that was the reason for losing over $1,500 on the offer in less than 10 days. Bottom line, I was either 1) subjected to a bait and switch type of scheme, or 2) Daryl was not competent in appraising cars. The only Daryl I see listed on the website is the general sales manager. I would hope that he is not that incompetent, so I'm going with reason #1. Be wary when dealing with these guys, as evidently even if you have something in writing, it doesn't hold. I drove two vehicles and a 3 year old over 165 miles round trip. More
