When buying a new vehicle and spending a large amount on that vehicle, you would assume that you would receive great service right? WRONG....they will bend over backwards when your there and tell you that t that vehicle, you would assume that you would receive great service right? WRONG....they will bend over backwards when your there and tell you that they will meet all your needs and expectations. Don't expect a phone call from them either when you need something. I purchased a vehicle over two weeks ago, and still have yet to get everything that was negotiated in the contract. I have called repeatedly leaving messages with both the sales person and the sales manager. I had also sent text's regarding my concerns, still no answer or call back. My suggestion is to not walk off that lot until you have everything you want before you sign on the dotted line. I guess it's a good thing Chevy had the total confidence love it or return it! More
I took my 2010 Silverado in for service and to have a door handle fixed. I got lucky and began working with John Posey. After 4 visits and several issues compounded, John and Brian took great care of me. I have never had a dealership care more about my business and handle things in such a professional manner. If you need work done on your chevrolet, ask specifically for John Posey. Between John and Brian Franz, my issues were taken care of above and beyond what one could expect. I look forward being a part of the Cable Dahmer family for life. More
Went to Cable Dahmer to look at some used vehicles. I had no intention on buying a vehicle that day. From the second Chris walked up to us in the parking lot it was a wonderful experience. I never once felt no intention on buying a vehicle that day. From the second Chris walked up to us in the parking lot it was a wonderful experience. I never once felt that he was pushy or "used car salesman" like. Everyone in the entire dealership was very pleasant and accomadating.NOt to mention the dealership showroom was very clean and welcoming. We had our 2 little kids with us and they were getting restless and everyone kept bringing them ballons, snacks, water,toys, coloring books, whatever we needed. I have purchased many cars and this was by far the best experience ever. It was the easiest most laid back car buying experience and I actually look forward to buying another vehicle and sending my friends and family to Chris Knox from Cable Dahmer Chevrolet. More

I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to others! My positive experience was totally unexpected. I started out in service (which was great I might add - Aaron). I mentioned that I might be interested in trading in my vehicle. Aaron in service directed me to Lynwood Williams (Sales Consultant) who happened to be walking by. I sat down with him and told him exactly what I wanted. Of course I was extremely skeptical because you hear horror stories about women being taken advantage of at dealerships. Lynwood Williams was very direct and honest. He truly makes the customer feel as though their interests are important and that he is not just out to make a buck. Then when it was time to work with the finance department it was a pleasant experience as well. Alejandro Garcia was not pushy with sales tactics. He let me know my options and allowed me to choose what was best for me. Again I thank you all for making what could have been an ugly experience and OUTSTANDING experience!! He was very knowledgeable, and anything he didn't have an answer for, he found out with no xx or double-talk. I have no doubt that Jeremy helped me get the best possible price for my car, and he has continued to help me with every question I have had for him.
