This is the worst dealership ever. We purchased a new Tahoe at 90k. We did the purchase remotely because we were looking for specific options. The paperwork we signed said it had 62 miles on it but when we received it had 816 miles. The dealership was nice to have it trailered to us. But were never told of the mileage difference. We are very dissatisfied with the miles difference from the paperwork. We contacted the dealership and they said because they trailered it to us it is what it is. This was not explained to us before hand. We told them we bought a vehicle with 62 miles like the paperwork said. This is fraud. This dealership are scammers there franchise should be revoked. I will never buy from them again. to top it off we just a letter in mail that the dealership didn't pay the sales tax to the state on time. Now we have a $80.89 penalty because of it. My truck was damaged while in for service and scuffed. I called to speak with the service manager Brian about this. I called daily and was told he would call me back.
