Was given a price for the truck, got to do the paper work price was different, much higher. ( the old bait and switch) The truck was moved from 40 hiway to noland rd. Salesman had to go get the truck and bring back to 40 highway store. After getting the run around, i was very mad and told the sales manager forget the deal, and give me back my keys to my car. The sales manager kept giving me several prices for the truck. Finally made a deal. Was in the dealership much to long to do the paper work. Total time on waiting for the truck to return and do the paper work. 5 1/2 hours. Am I satisfied with deal? Yes Would I recommend this dealership?, not if this is the way they treat all customers. The salesman was great for my experience at first. However I couldn't take my vehicle home the first day because the battery needed replaced. I get that that kinda thing happens. So about a week after I bought my car I had to again return to the dealership because my break pads were bad. Shouldn't even the used vehicles that are being sold be in great condition? So the day I came in for my breaks the service guy that helped me wasn't friendly at all and made me feel ignorant and incompetent. My vehicle was there for over 4 hours and I ended up having to leave it there overnight. Not great customer service or experience. So now here I am about 10 days outside my 30 day guarantee and I have to replace the rear break pads. Wasn't that suppose to happen when I brought my car in the first time and had to leave it overnight??? I was a first time buyer at Cable Dahmer and I will not consider this place of business for my vehicle needs the next time around, nor will I recommend them to my friends. You guys pride yourselves on being in business over 50 years but the reality of it is its QUALITY not quantity. More
Contacted Cable-Dahmer about a used car for my daughter. Received e-mail reply from Melissa Adrian, which said the car I was interested in was available, asking if I would be coming to see it, and at which Received e-mail reply from Melissa Adrian, which said the car I was interested in was available, asking if I would be coming to see it, and at which location. I responded, again via e-mail, that I would come to the 103rd Street location the following day at 6:30 pm, to see this car. I arrived at the time I said I would, only to find that the car had been PICKED UP AND TAKEN TO THE NOLAND ROAD location. I never received any communication from Melissa Adrian that this had occurred, nor had she followed through by contacting any of the used sales personnel at 103rd Street, to say I was coming. Fortunately Darnell Johnson was kind enough to try to turn the experience around by showing my daughter & me some other used cars. But not the one we were initially drawn to. Buying a used car is challenging enough, but this really frustrated me as well as my daughter. Once I returned back home, I called & left Melissa a voice-mail on her contact cell phone, and sent her an e-mail, as well, describing my irritation. Received no response as yet. More
They respresented a 2012 Camaro as being brand new and having a brand new warranty. After I took delivery and drove home 500 miles they said that the warranty would not be as stated. The car was a GM special event car and the warranty started when they took delivery which was 6 months prior to my taking delivery. Prioir to agreeing to the purchase and trip down, I asked this exact questions to Jeremy and he assured me that the car was being sold as new and that the warranty would start when I took delivery, also stating that the mileage on the vehicle woul dbe adjust ie 36,250. Jason Spiek then got involved and said there was nothing he could do and that he lost money on the deal and could not help me. This information would have killed the deal, I essentially bought a used car at a new price. More

I was with Jamie Burke pretty much from 10:00 until 3:30. He was nothing but professional, but also very knowledgable and knew how to explain how things worked in a way that I could understand it. His personality was exceptional and we actually had a great time. If I ever get another new car, it will be Jamie that I come to see. In the finance department, we dealt with Tim Warren. He was also very helpful and knowledgable. You have done a great job with hiring these two men and putting them in the position they are in. They make the customer feel very comfortable. One thing I liked about both of them was when they asked if we wanted additional things, such as warranties, etc., when we told them no they accepted that answer and didn't badger us trying to talk us into it. A plus. I love the car I bought and I love the service I received while I was there. Thank you to Jamie for all they time he took with us and explaining everything to us in a way we understood it. I can't say enough about the service I received while at your dealership. I met other members of your staff, and they were all very nice, friendly and courteous. All the way down to the cleaning lady. Thanks for a very pleasant experience and I LOVE the car. More

I went in looking for a used Saturn that I had seen online. Upon my hitting the lot I met Christy. She was very knowledgable on the cars that Cable Dahmer has on their lot. We sat and talked about what I was looking for in a car. She did a lot of research and came back 3 options that I really liked. She's a straight shooter when it comes to selling cars. She was very honest with me on what I could afford and I was grateful that she found me something I really liked. Definitely will recommend the dealership and salesperson to my family and friends! We had to buy a car because ours was totalled. we also had just filed bankruptcy and had to wait 4 weeks before we got the okay form the court to buy a car. The car Anthony picked out was just great!
