Other internet sales reps that I had spoken with at other dealerships always wanted me to come in to the dealership and then they would help me. I wanted to know that I could get what I want without wasting my time and getting the run around. You will not get the run around here. Once James Anderson helped me to the best of his potential, Jamie Burke contacted me. Jamie was very kind and inviting. He listened to what I wanted and when I couldn't get what I wanted, he went looking for something else that met mine and the banks criteria. Jamie was quick to explain things I didn't understand and that made this process a breeze. Then it was off to financing where I met Alejandro Garcia. I'm a first time car buyer so I wasn't too sure about how insurance and warranties worked. I know he was just doing his job when he explained it to me, but to some people, that would have been a hassle. Not to him. He was quick and eager to explain things to me that I didn't understand. Overall, if I could rate my experience any higher, I would. Not just these three guys I talked about, but everyone there I had talked to yesterday was super nice and inviting. While waiting for my car to be detailed I sat and watched tv. Many employees came up and had a conversation with me. At other dealerships, once some papers were signed it was like I wasn't even there. Not here. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a car. New or used. Everyone is awesome. Aaron Rhoades helped me look at the pre-owned selection of Chevy Silverados at the dealership. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle, so I did not find a truck that suited me to my liking. I came and checked it out and it was perfect. I was happy with his understanding personality and no pressure style. I felt good about my purchase and the finance team worked with me to get me lower than expected on my monthly payment. Thanks guys for great customer service! More

I can always trust the recommendations that I am given by my agent concerning the servicing of my vehicle. I always am informed when a particular part of the vehicle needs service such as transmission service, oil changes, rotating tires, needing new tires, etc. He will also give me a heads up on future possible service issues so I have time to be aware of an impending problem that I might face such as wear on suspension parts. I would reccommend this service center to any person needing to have a GM product serviced. I consider Cable Dahmer a partner when it comes to car care of my suburban. More

Every time that a turn the key, it puts a smile on my face. This car is virtually telepathic as it responds to each command with ease.
