I left the dealership without granting permission to submit my offer to any banks after their sales dept acted unethically. It was made clear that we were not going to be purchasing their car, yet later submit my offer to any banks after their sales dept acted unethically. It was made clear that we were not going to be purchasing their car, yet later the next day I received multiple notifications that their dealership was checking my credit against multiple bureaus. I emailed them asking them to stop and desist any credit actions. I walked to the Acura dealer next door and purchased a vehicle with no drama. Cable Dahmer has lost a customer for life due to their practices. They build $3k worth of hidden "upgrades" into every vehicle on the lot, and refuse to remove one or more of them even if the buyer doesn't want them. Also, if you have no vehicle to trade in, they add $1000 to the listed price of every vehicle on the lot. This is essentially punishing buyers who do not wish to trade a vehicle in. The dealer wants buyers to trade vehicles in because it provides the dealer with yet another angle to make money via low trade in offers. Sales dept resorts to anger and defiant attitudes when customer points any of these issues out. I have multiple vehicles to purchase for my teen kids, but it won't be from cable dahmer. More

When they called me back to confirm the time and which car it was, they said that it was on the lot and avai We made an appointment for a test drive. When they called me back to confirm the time and which car it was, they said that it was on the lot and available. 40 minutes later, when we arrive (that was how far we had to drive to get there), they could not find the car. After wandering the lot with one of the managers for 10 minutes, we found out that the car had been sold that morning. Why did they tell us it available when it wasn't? How long does it really take to enter SOLD in the computer? More
