False advertising on trade in and did not honor price advert Went in because they offered a $3,500 trade in on any car. Went in because they had a price offered on a vehicle for $10,000. Most people would come to the conclusion that this would be a $6,500 difference. They came back with about $13,500 and offered $500 trade. I thoroughly wasted 2.5 hours and was insulted on the deal. If it is a bad deal for them....too bad. It is purely advertised. This was 8/31/2015 and is very current. I can show the screen prints to prove this without a doubt. I would give them a zero if possible. This was dishonesty at its best. Brian Grimm Dealer did contact me after my review and honored the trade in program. I went in on 10/24/2015 and purchased a used vehicle using the trade-in program. The service provided at that time was what I expected upon the first visit. I wanted to update that they did make contact and treated me fairly on return visit. Aaron on the first visit was helpful, but was busy with others. Under no circumstance was Aaron part of the issue the first trip. Dealer did contact me after my review and honored the trade in program. The most awesome Monday ever! It was my first stop on what I thought would be the beginning on my journey to find a car. Luckily it turned out to be the only stop needed. Istopped in on a very hot Monday afternoon and as I was looking on the lot I was approached by Nick. He explained that he was not a salesperson,but brought me into the air-conditioned showroom and offered me a cold bottle of water. With-in minutes MD was working on getting me a vehicle . He was very knowlagable about the products offered and recommended the Cruze. Several hours later I drove home in my Cherry red 2015 Cruze. I have e never had such a stress-free experience buying a car! More
