Dealer did contact me after my review and honored the trade in program. I went in on 10/24/2015 and purchased a used vehicle using the trade-in program. The service provided at that time was what I expected upon the first visit. I wanted to update that they did make contact and treated me fairly on return visit. Aaron on the first visit was helpful, but was busy with others. Under no circumstance was Aaron part of the issue the first trip.
