Ivan is usually my go-to guy for all things service-related, but he was off work today. Thankfully, Makayla stepped up and went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to pull up all of my service records and even located my current warranties, providing me with their end dates. It was a huge relief knowing I can enjoy stress-free vehicle coverage for a while! Makayla also gave me excellent advice on what should be prioritized for service next to prevent potential major issues down the road. She even provided a detailed “quote” printout for those services, which was extremely helpful. Additionally, the service technicians performed a complimentary multi-point inspection on my truck, identifying more areas to address in the future—a great example of the proactive care this dealership provides. Although I live in Gladstone, MO, I gladly make the drive from the Northland to this location because of the exceptional customer service. Pick up and drop off service is great. After that it goes downhill. Lane manager wanted to sell me manifold bolts and ball joints.
