I’ve dealt with this dealership with my Brand new Kia. I’ve been with them for 3yrs. I’ve “Never” had a problem with the service done on my truck, nor any of the employees! The reviews I’m reading are strange to me because You can make an appt. Or just pull in. They meet you at your car, take you in, pull up your acct and get you in. The longest I’ve ever waited was probably 45min. Tops! There are snacks, drinks, comfortable chairs, T.V. &nice people as you wait. The work performed, I’ve never had a problem! 3yrs?? So, I rate them an excellent place of business. I wouldn’t take my truck no where else except Lee’s Summit Cable Dahmer! Even when I first purchased my truck, the experience was professional and I have nothing bad to say! Everyone I came in contact with was professional, knowledgeable, very nice professional group of people. Even when COVID took over, most places closed! Not these people. They didn’t have everyone there working but, there were still people willing to fix or sale you a Vehicle! They didn’t just shut down! I don’t see what the other people arr saying they went thru here. They make it sound ghetto or run down and that isn’t true! It’s a very professional place! Thank You cable Dahmer kia for making my dreams a reality and for your Professional place of business!

I want to thank Christina Dennis and Sal Lara and everyone behind the scenes that made it possible for me to have this vehicle! I Can say they went above and beyond the call of duty for me! I felt comfortable and the professionalism was thru the roof! Christina knows her stuff man, and Sal, broke it down in the end! He even helped me because of my bad back and knee by making me as comfortable as possible! I want to say “Thank You.” If anyone has a problem here, it’s probably your own fault! I’ve bought other vehicles at other dealerships and didn’t have the same experience I had here! It wasn’t as professional as this establishment! I give them the highest grade that can be given, seriously! I am very satisfied with everything! People, stop lying on this place like that because there is no way what you’ve said could be true! It is made to sound like another place and that cannot be true! Again, Christina, Sal and everyone else, “ Thank You 🙏🏾 All” for a job Well Done 👍🏾. As well as Service and the technicians on board!
