Worse Experience at a dealer. Car listed for one price but when you get there, they have added a number of additinal items. Removed those items but would not remove the paint protection for $990 since it was already on car. Did not list this is the advertised price. Said this was put on all cars at dealer but typically you get the option of adding that after purchase. Paint ptotection is a $990 scam. When going to finance office, noticed overall price of car was much higher again. They had added $3,600 extended warranty but never asked if we wanted that on the car. Finally, they scheduled the 1st free oil change but when car was taken ther, they said it was not needed. Waste of a day bringing car up to dealer. More

My salesman was a young man and very nice. But I have to admit after hours at the dealership he was not good at following through or returning calls.I have tried calling the sales manager, used car and general managers since .y purchase on9/27 and no return calls yet, Horrible Customer Service. But after reading reviews I gather upper management doesn't CARE, THEY HAVE OUR MONEY AND PROBABLY BUY ANOTHER ARENA OR SOMETHING COMPARABLE. Brought my car in for an oil change and coolant flush. Mentioned the fact that I had a leak as well. They had my car 8 days. Said no leak so warranty wouldn’t cover the rental. Charged me $640.00. Mo Mentioned the fact that I had a leak as well. They had my car 8 days. Said no leak so warranty wouldn’t cover the rental. Charged me $640.00. Morning after picking it up leak bigger than before in my driveway. I’m truly not sure they did anything at all. It’s almost like they are a rental car and con business. In 25 years I’ve never felt this cheated by a car dealership. But I guess this is where all there money comes from that’s why when you call it’s press 1 for service. More
This experience was a complete joke, and classic example of bait and switch. I was exploring buying a 2024 Kia Sportage. When looking at the site it shows their MSRP (which is not actually that at all, as they include an $890.00 3M clear coat and nitrogen in their listed MSRP). They then show the discounts on the vehicle which total $2,500.00, and if you have a trade and finance the new purchase with them the total discount becomes $5,500.00. When I requested the best bottomline number they could give me on the car I was looking at they responded that they could sell it at the exact MSRP. What happened to the published discounts? Can you say "Bait and Switch?) Steer clear on this dealership!!! More
We went to this dealership knowing exactly what we wanted to look at/purchase. Our help was very uneducated about every vehicle he brought to us. Wouldn’t listen to our wants, couldn’t even answer a basic qu to look at/purchase. Our help was very uneducated about every vehicle he brought to us. Wouldn’t listen to our wants, couldn’t even answer a basic question of what the price was for any vehicle. When deciding to leave dealership, he brought out 2 seasoned managers to stronghold us into staying and purchasing a car from them. They were both rude and aggressive. I will never recommend or use this dealership again. More
Kristen, my sales associate was very knowledgeable and easy to work with listen to all our wants and needs and then found the right car for us. Sales manager Tristan made the process very easy not hours and hours negotiating, which I truly appreciated. Abby, the finance manager was very knowledgeable about her products did not try to overprice them or sell us something we absolutely did not need. Will do business at the dealership again as I have in the past, and always had pleasant experiences and walked away feeling like I got the best possible deal I could. Truly love our new Kia EV six More
I wish I had found this review site rather than depend on the Google reviews. The sales person was a nice kid but that's probably how they get you in. I test drove a Kia Niro on a Saturday and was there f the Google reviews. The sales person was a nice kid but that's probably how they get you in. I test drove a Kia Niro on a Saturday and was there for 2 hours initially negotiating. I was very careful to decline all the add-ons except for the anti-theft as I had concerns about recent Kia thefts. I had other test drive appointments that day but was continually asked how they could get me in the car that day. Expected but I started to feel like a hostage. Eventually left to discuss the vehicle with my spouse over lunch. I liked the vehicle enough so I called to let them know I would purchase and they asked if I could come back in that day. I went back to the dealership at 5:00pm to finalize negotiations and purchase. I was there until 8:30 waiting to meet with financing. Rarely did anyone come to check on me and my phone eventually died. Finally met with financing and was shown the maintenance/extended warranty plans and was told "It's only $20 dollars more a month" added to my lease to do the standard package. I thought it would be beneficial for the anti-theft component and could afford the extra $20 a month so I agreed to it. Also if "I agreed to it", my APR would be at a 6.1% vs. a 6.9%. After signing all the documents digitally, going home and speaking with my spouse I came to realize my monthly payment was almost $150 more than what it should be. My fault for not reading the entire contract on an uncomfortable, glarey, table-sized screen while hungry, tired and without a phone or calculator. The total "standard" package was approximately $6,000 added on to the final price of the vehicle. That doesn't sound like $20 more a month to you does it? Unfortunately, I had signed everything and my only recourse now is to cancel one of the maintenance contracts. Worse buying experience ever - made me feel like an absolute moron for how I got hosed. All the reviews about misleading advertised pricing are absolutely correct. I came in due to a price posted on Carfax. I don't finance cars and pay cash, so it's impossible to hide things inside a financ absolutely correct. I came in due to a price posted on Carfax. I don't finance cars and pay cash, so it's impossible to hide things inside a finance agreement. They initially tried to sell it for around 15k more than I expected. When I saw all the add ons,I saw why. I was there for over an hour after the test drive and we were still 10k apart. The salesperson asked me what I expected to pay and I told him I wanted to pay the advertised price minus my trade, not one dime more. I have bought four other cars in this manner before and have never experienced this. The dealer lists a price, I negotiate this and pay for it. After more than an hour and still being 10k apart, he went out to "talk to his manager" one more time. I ghosted him at this point and now he has called or texted about ten times to get me back in to "make it right." More
