This is the worst customer service I have ever seen for anything!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I had read some reviews first! Dishonest liars, rude and don't care about customer service. Want to try to sell yo anything!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I had read some reviews first! Dishonest liars, rude and don't care about customer service. Want to try to sell you a new car instead of fixing the one you brought it to be serviced. I never bother reviewing a place but this place is rude and dishonest. I first filled out to have an appointment online. They said they would call me back in 1 to 2 hours. they didn't call until next day. Then I had to call back because I had missed there call. The lady on the phone couldn't find my online appointment request. So she made a new appointment and took my info. I showed up for my appointment on time and the guy that came out to greet me was beyond horrible. It was like I was bothering him and didn't care that I had an appointment and would rather I just leave. His covid mask he was only wearing on his chin (what's the point?! At least take it off and talk to me then.) He didn't listen to anything I said. Wouldn't look at me while I was speaking. He was rude and short in the few things he did say when asking me a question (that I had already answered 2 or 3 times but he wasn't listening!) He then tells me that they couldn't look at it until the next day (why did your appointment person on the phone make an appointment and tell me they would get it in that day!??) and needed to leave the car there. Then they don't call me until late the next day, and its the same guy. Extremely rude again. Would not hardly explain anything about what is wrong from the diagnostic I wanted and just tried to see if I was interested in doing a trade in to buy a new car instead. I tell him I don't want to buy a new car and want to fix it and need to know more about what is wrong. He tries again to talk to me about specials and trying to get me in to talk about buying a new car. I tell him no I just need to get the diagnostic and an idea of what the repair etc will be. So he gets all upset and tells me he will call me back after he talks to the mechanic. So calls me back like 15 mins later and very quickly tries to spew what part I need is on nationwide backorder (I did verify on my own that yes it was) and that the mechanics recommended doing a bunch of other service while doing the repair sense the engine would be opened up anyway etc. (Which is true for the repair, but they weren't offering any discounts on labor and wanted to charge full price like if I was getting each service done separate.) They quoted a price way to high for parts (over double what it would cost to buy at any auto parts store!) Told them I'd just do the work myself and wanted to pick my car up. He said... well we haven't typed up any of the info so I'll call you when the mechanic types his report up. Then calls me 2 hours later to say I can come get it. I go to get my car, same guy is rude once again. Didn't greet me 1 time in all my dealings with him or thank me etc. Then he chooses to go help someone else who showed up after me, while I was waiting to pay my bill and get my car etc. Finally he tells me very rudely again go to the other desk I'll be over in a moment. Then when he rings me up and I pay. He just gives me 1 sheet of paper with the bill basically and no info on it about the diagnostic or my receipt. I had to ask someone else "hey can I get the diagnostic info from the mechanics that he made me wait 2 more hours to pick up my car for? And could you give me something showing the quoted price breakdowns of everything? That second guy at least was nice and went and made the other person print up all the info. Then he came back and told me "I'm not sure why he didn't give you all that to begin with... that is all info that we always give." That 2nd guy also went and got my car for me while I was waiting and then took me out to it at least. The 1st guy who I had to try to work with the whole time I don't even know his namebecause he never gave it to me but he was v dressed and groomed poorly like he rushed into work late and obviously he couldn't give a crap about anyone. paperwork says service advisor 903625 Dylan Cash. They should fire this guy if they ever want a repeat customer. Then I get home and notice there seems to have been intentional damage done to my radiator right under the pressure cap. Someone poked a hole right into the metal filling port where you add coolant using a screwdriver it looks like. No way I can prove they did it but I know it wasn't there only a week or so before when I had opened my hood and been looking for the problems I took it in to have diagnosed. More
Terrible “service” Department DO NOT USE FOR SERVICE!! I took my vehicle in for them to look at the sunroof. I was impressed when I called their service department because they sai DO NOT USE FOR SERVICE!! I took my vehicle in for them to look at the sunroof. I was impressed when I called their service department because they said they could get me right in. What they did not explain is that they just have people bring in cars and then get to them when they can. I called back that day, the following day, and two days later. Each time I was shamed and belittled for calling to check because they had not had time to get to my car. I called the following week and was told they were still work on it. A week later I called and they said they couldn’t do what they wanted but that they’d try something else. I tried to call back to check in but was on hold over 30 minutes and had another meeting and couldn’t wait. After their shaming and annoyance from the initial calls I was hesitant to continue calling and tried to be patient. The following week I got a voicemail from Aaron asking if they should begin the process of requesting the title for the vehicle or if I was going to come get it. They had it for over 3 weeks, never communicated, and did not fix a thing. They admitted to leaving the car outside in the rain, even though I brought it in because the sunroof started leaking! Terrible experience. Pick any other service department. More

There has been a lot of things that have been shady that they have done to us car buying wise and service wise. I could literally write a novel on this page but I am trying to keep this short and sweet... The supposed owner Pete Macey is a absolute liar and shady person. The service department is a complete disaster and are car that we were sold is a lemon. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other dodge dealerships out there that I know for a fact that don’t pull this kind of shady crap. We have phone records and recordings of the shady stuff that has come out of their lying mouths, and all of it is going straight to our attorney that we have got in contact with. More

lied too Had my car towed to car dealer and was told if I spent the 1800 dollars on it that I could get another 100,000 miles out of my car.Now two weeks late Had my car towed to car dealer and was told if I spent the 1800 dollars on it that I could get another 100,000 miles out of my car.Now two weeks later I had it towed back and am being told that my fuel pump has gone out. Supposedly a mulit-point inspection was done on my car, water pump replaced, and spark plugs and some gaskets changed. I was lied to in order for them to get the 1800 dollars and now they are saying I need over $700 worth of work on it. There is no way I would have invested the $1800 if I would have known that I was going to need more money two weeks later. Of course he was real friendly when he lied to me. More
Overcharging, not telling the truth, not providing a loaner Took my 2010 Jeep Wrangler in for service and was notified that I had a failed instrument cluster and was quoted $1000 to replace and was notified tha Took my 2010 Jeep Wrangler in for service and was notified that I had a failed instrument cluster and was quoted $1000 to replace and was notified that they had to keep my car but would not provide a loaner vehicle. I paid for a rental for one day but then they notified that they would have to keep the car for up to a week until the new cluster showed up and they still would not provide a loaner. I was told by the service professional "we don't have any loaners". So i decided to call around and take it to a new place for service. As I was leaving the parking lot, the dealer called me back and mentioned that they can all of a sudden get me a loaner AND that they would only have to keep my car for a couple days. Funny of the narrative changed when I planned to take my business elsewhere. So I decided to let them complete the work. I asked if they could fix my glove box while completing the cluster service since I was spending so much for other fixes. They did not fix it but they told me what it was (needed new latch) and quoted me $120 to get the glove box fixed. So even after I spend all this money on my current service (and previous services) they couldn't cover my glove box for free? So i decided to just take service on the cluster. I bought a latch on ebay for $30 and installed it in 15 MINUTES! They charged me $120 for 15 MININUTES! CROOKS! I will never take my vehicle to this dealership again. More

After day 2 I had to beg f Due to a power failure at the dealership they couldn't work on my car. They were never concerned. They did say sorry a lot. After day 2 I had to beg for a loaner. They offered a rental. 2 days later I'm sitting in the dealership waiting on my rental. I'm late to work and no one seems to know what is going on. And the music is toooooooo loud. Not happy. 😡 More

I wa I’m a 1st time customer at State Line Chrysler dodge Ram Jeep. I took my 2015 Dodge Charger RT in for a metal rattling coming through my exhaust. I wasn’t positive that my service warranty would cover it, and it just sounded expensive. I’ve had prior service experiences with dealers that tried to hard sell me 15k worth of service work on a 4k car (my daughter’s car). Not the case here, my service rep Aaron addressed my issue while being cordial with a genuine interest in my car. In the meantime, The General Manager, Frank Clinton, went out of his way to check on my warranty, which was purchased from another dealer. They fixed the problem at a minimal cost, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes! I highly recommend this dealership! More
