They said that my car had an open recall on it... this is after I just bought the car from this dealership three months ago after it was supposedly inspected, serviced and certified. The car also has a power steering fluid leak that just started after being purchased three months ago. I asked the service manager if they could look for where the leak is coming from while they're under it. He said that they couldn't tell me where the leak was coming from unless I paid a 150$ diagnosis fee, but that since the car had just reached a certain mileage he thought I should replace the whole system for 1000 dollars. So, this is after I just bought the car that they say it needs this much work. But since I bought it "certified," as-is, that means that they won't help me with the repairs, much less take a minute to tell me which part is leaking, in hopes they can ream me by convincing me it's better to replace the whole system... (the high pressure hose, the return hose and the motor.) What a joke. Never buy a used car from a dealership and never go to the service department of a dealership... they're just cheating you. More

Which they put down even though they run the same dang test they are just upset they cant bill you for the 89.95. This should have been a flag. I tell them the codes which indicated a engine issue. Jack Paress with Cable Dahmer indicated I needed a new engine. I was floored but luckily had purchased extended warranty thur Warranty solutions. They are awesome I highly recommend them. Warranty solutions was given two options by Cable Dahmer one 90 day warranty engine or 12 month labor and parts they paid for the later and I paid $100 deductible. AWESOME!! I g received car on 8/25 . 8-29 Service engine light is on I return the car Jack states Plastic piece was over connecter "fixed". on 9/11 check engine light cam on again as well as the over heating Icon. I thought how can this be when I just replaced engine. . They replaced torque converter they stated seal was leaking and bad o2 sensor. Warranty solutions covered another 1657. by Cable Dahmer I again covered deductible we are at 10k in three visits. 10-16 car is leaking oil 10/20 "Fixed" 11-06-2017 engine leaking oil again . They stated leak was in between transmission and the engine . Okay Warranty solution covers again at a tune of 4694.90 . Get car back 11/29/2017. December car leaking oil again take to Cable Dahmer because it suppose to still be under the warranty they guaranteed to my Extended Warranty department. Back and forth again with Jack he blamed Warranty Solutions for not covering stated "they should cover I don't know what's wrong with them.". My warranty company provides transcripts of recorded call which Jack States the engine they my warranty company purchased thru cable Dahmer was covered 12 month parts and labor no contingencies. Jack disputes again stating he is doing me a favor. DO I NOT PAY FOR A SERVICE?!. . 1/24/2018 car does not accelerate rpms go but car doesn't not push . For a week Jack stats there is nothing mechanically wrong with the care "They run test see, ( he literally said that and a Lady we are trying to help you out) They technician ran test I drove it over 100 miles nothing. Friday February 2nd Still nothing wants me to get car okay I said did you remember the oil change? Nope they found an issue 3/4 oil is gone. How can that be and you don't check people fluid over the 5 thousand times I have been here for an oil leak. and why wasn't that checked Thursday. Calls back Monday the engine is knocking you have a bad engine. Again how there was no knocking but now the engine you supplied is bad?? . Jack states your warranty isn't going to cover this" Jack they shoudnt its gaurnteed by you for 12 months parts and labor Whole reason people go to dealership. Several phone calls back and fourth he tells me he is giving me a deal and and helping you out if you pay 1600 we will cover the rest on a new engine. LOL!!! I call Warranty soultuons they send the transcript of Jack providing them a higher quote just t get engine with 12 month labor and parts. He then proceds to tell me Jack has called them Midway Cable Dahmer supplier will only cover $50 of there$100 dollar an hour labor charge. So they are now passing this discrepancy down to me the customer. Intresting what a favor Jack!! Now I pay $655 to get my car and today 2/8/2018 the car over heats and two indicators come on and onstart director stated pull over the car. Now they are stating its just a hose should take 30 . minutes. This was at 2pm it is now 7"11 on 2/8 no word. I called Cable Dahmer got hung up on by Jack and the Service department manger. You know what they say the rotting starts from the head down. Called again Jack stated he was testing the car, which by the way he stated he did all day Monday is way I had t pay additional rental coverage . ISSA SCAM!!! I have never had so many issues in my life nor paid more for a car still not to work .Nor dealt with worse customer service Jack Parres is liar and so it Brian who stated Friday that Jack did wrong driving the car hard not changing oil he said everything would be covered NOT!!! I came out 655 not sure on want as the receipt has ben altered and I have a misc charge. Brian would not come out and speak and Jack had disappeared when the tow truck driver and I arrived. Very Convenient. again!! Considering I spoke to Brian thirty minutes before I arrived and he stated your stupid loaner is still in the garage. I am sure it is Brian as I Only went 3miles without the car doing the same thing!!! More

John Price said its under warranty and I there will be no charge if it the power steering pump if its anything else they will charge for diagnose they came back and said the power steering pump is indeed bad but it has an aftermarket pump so therefore it’s not coved under the warranty.. I told them I understand you don’t have to replace it but there should be no dingoes charge since we already knew that... they insisted on charging me $120 dignose for something we already new ... Brian the service manager were really he couldn’t resolve such a small issue and he was unprofessional John Price at the service very unprofessional as well . those guys are a joke I don’t know how they are keeping there jobs I do not recommend u take your car there these guys are just a rep off .. I will never take a car there More

Wish I could give her a zero. I bought my car from Cable Dagmer in 2008. I decided to move out of state in 2017, and wanted to get my car looked at by the dealership. I made an app I bought my car from Cable Dagmer in 2008. I decided to move out of state in 2017, and wanted to get my car looked at by the dealership. I made an appointment with an employee then was told they don’t work on saturdays so we rescheduled. Then I was called and told we can do Saturday a couple hours later. Unfortunately this lack of communication/respect was only the start of what was to come. I finally made in into their shop for my 9am appointment. I then got a ride to work and was told to call back around lunch time. When I called them back at 1pm they hadn’t even taken the car back to be inspected. I reached out to Donna Burns who I had made the appointment with however she never responded until several hours later. The man who diagnosed my car issues told me it would cost over 1600 to fix and told me that not only would the car not make it to Florida he told me it wouldn’t make down the highway. I then talked to Donna and informed her that 7.5 hours after my appointment I hadn’t gotten my car back. She apologized but did nothing to compensate me for my lost time/wages. The car easily made it to my destination and 10 days later I reached out to Her to see if they were going to reimburse me for my 8hr 60 dollar oil change. She made it cl at she didn’t know who I was, so when I reminded her she started apologizing but offered no other resolution. She’s clearly the type of person that tells you what you want to hear in order to get money, but after the deal is signed she’ll completely forget about you. I wouldn’t recommend greeting her in public much less purchasing anything from her. She is the epitome of a used car salesman. She’s greedy, insincere, and rude. I would strongly advise avoiding her and cable dahmer KC completely. More

Transmission Recommendation I had my daughter take in her 2013 Chevy Spark because it was due for a transmission fluid change that would cost around $400.00. She also was hearing some grinding noises and asked them to check that out as well because she had driven through some high water and was concerned that may have damaged something. That day they charged her $89.95 to drain a sample of transmission fluid. They stated they "found metal in the fluid and the fluid to not be as thick as normal. Fluid has a swampy smell to it as well." They recommended she get a new transmission for $4,200.00. Of course I had her decline. I took the car to AAMCO where they did not find metal in the fluid. They did find the AC compressor was ripped apart and the wires were not attached. When she contacted Jack Parres the service consultant he stated he would stand by his service tech's findings. She had stated to him I paid $89.95 to your techs to look at fluid that has nothing wrong with it he stated "you don't pay our technicians. The company pays them." Extremely rude! When I contacted Donna with the customer survey group she had stated a transmission change should cost around $150.00. I was planning on buying future cars from the dealer but that has changed. I will never do business with this dealership again. I am advising any and everyone I meet to avoid this dealership as well. To have my daughter scammed into buying a $4,200.00 transmission when that was not even the problem is not good business to say the least. To have the people at the dealership go on the defensive without trying to rectify the issues is unacceptable. I If you are considering this dealership run!!!! More
