One oil leak two $325 bills Took my Pontiac G6 into service on 10/22/19 and advised the service writer Zach that I had a fairly major oil leak on front side of engine around the Took my Pontiac G6 into service on 10/22/19 and advised the service writer Zach that I had a fairly major oil leak on front side of engine around the timing chain cover or front seal. About a Quart every 10 to 14 days. The next day I recieved a call that the service tech found a leak on the back side of the valve cover gasket (cam cover) and that that gasket replacement resolved the problem. I raised my concern's that I didnt feel that was the problem because most of the oil leaked covered the front timing chain area and the oil covered area under my hood was at the front passenger side. Zach advised me that they topped off the oil and let it run for awhile and found no leaks and if there were any problems to just return. That was on Invoice 1ccs372663 for $343.08. The next time I drove my G6 I saw a very large wet oil spot In my drive way. I had scrubbed away the previous wet oil spot so it would not get tracked in to my home. I called and talked to Zach and we set a date and time and I returned it. The next day received a call from Zach. He stated that the problem was fixed and that the service worker said it was very obvious as oil was running out of timing cover area. When I went to pick it up I questioned the bill , Invoice 1ccs374161 for $324.39. I was told by Zach that It was a separate issue because some of the times when they fix a leak in one area that it can start coming out another separate area. I was so blown away by that stupidly. The first service tech did not do his job right so I was stuck with 2 bills because of his incompleteness! My G6 is my back and forth to work car with a 199000 miles on it and when I need to replace it I know where not to buy. More

Why..expense to maintain, continuous service trips, lack of quality in manufacturing, sale of extended warranty that fails to cover on going defects, interference with being able to use vehicle to conduct daily work, and lack of use as result (opinion..shouldn’t need costly extended wararranty if product high quality). Attempted to consider trade but dealer doesn’t value truck on potential trade, management and sales decline to put things in black and white and delay.delay...delay responding by phone or emails by what appears to be filtering attempted contacts. Opinion, Actions of what has been received as customer from dealership have been extremely poor; appears to disrespect my time and hard earned finances. More

He communicated with me the entire time my vehicle was in service as well. When I picked my vehicle up, it was waiting for me and I was in and out! I go there because I know my vehicle will be fixed right and they won’t sell me work I don’t need! and this is just one more example! More

Agreed to pay for work and asked for tire rotation as well as brake inspection. In less the 1,000 miles rear brake pads had to be replaced as well as rotors. Parking brake shoes are worn out as well. I was told that if i got my work completed through cable dahmer that they would take off the $120 inspection fee. They service professional did not do that at all. They first told me they were covering something under power train so i told them to start it. I called back asking why they wanted to charge me $120 if I was getting the work done through them. The service professional then informed me that they would not be covering my issues under power train. When i picked up my vehicle I asked them to get me a print off of the error codes and the pressure from my high pressure fuel pump. They said that's not possible. I asked to have them call me back with the numbers from the tech the next morning. Once again they failed to address this and never called. This is a place has lost my business forever. Out to screw a client and not follow up when they say they will. Just collecting a check and not caring about the client. More

Not only has she been professional but her personal touch with the information provided about what is going on with the car and doing her best to work with people knowing that every situation is different and catering to those needs of people goes a long way. Not to mention everyone in the service department we have worked with like John Price has also helped us before with service on our vehicles and they never cease to impress.
