I bought a 2002 Suburban with 149K miles on it - brought it in to John twice - once for HVAC actuator and once for mechanical (intake manifold gasket- John recommended plug change) - John and his team have it in to John twice - once for HVAC actuator and once for mechanical (intake manifold gasket- John recommended plug change) - John and his team have car running beautifully - does not seem like a truck with as many miles on it as it has. John kept me informed throughout the process - made suggestions and recommendations - is very responsive by e mail or phone. I have other cars, some in the luxury brands - have never had this satisfying a service experience. More
I only needed an oil change for my truck, but I was truly treated like I had my entire truck replaced. Yes, the service was that good. I can always trust the recommendations that I am given by my agent concerning the servicing of my vehicle. I always am informed when a particular part of the vehicle needs service such as transmission service, oil changes, rotating tires, needing new tires, etc. He will also give me a heads up on future possible service issues so I have time to be aware of an impending problem that I might face such as wear on suspension parts. I would reccommend this service center to any person needing to have a GM product serviced. I consider Cable Dahmer a partner when it comes to car care of my suburban. More

Al Oppenheiser's crew came up with a winner in the 2012 Chevrolet ZL1 Camaro. The engineering & dedication to concept involved in the creation of this street machine are awe inspiring. Every time that a turn the key, it puts a smile on my face. This car is virtually telepathic as it responds to each command with ease. I took my 2010 Silverado in for service and to have a door handle fixed. I got lucky and began working with John Posey. After 4 visits and several issues compounded, John and Brian took great care of me. I have never had a dealership care more about my business and handle things in such a professional manner. If you need work done on your chevrolet, ask specifically for John Posey. Between John and Brian Franz, my issues were taken care of above and beyond what one could expect. I was pleasantly surprised that my purchase was a very good price and they repaired a part for me instead of making me replace it! I need a new exhaust system and they recommended an exhaust shop instead of their dealership, to help me save money. Thank you Cable-Dahmer for being so helpful and not taking advantage of your customer. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this dealership for any necessary work. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! More
