When I first walked onto the dealership lot, there was one car I wanted to look at but wasn't even sure if I was in the mood to buy. Chris Knox approached me and I thought, "Oh, no. I don't want to deal one car I wanted to look at but wasn't even sure if I was in the mood to buy. Chris Knox approached me and I thought, "Oh, no. I don't want to deal with anyone today." Chris was very perceptive to this and just said, "hey, let me know if you need anything," and then walked away. But his sales instincts kicked in and was persistent enough to notice I was lingering around the car for quite a bit. When I started to walk back to the main office to find someone to see if I could test drive the car, Chris was right there asking if I needed any additional information. Sure enough, he got me the keys, filled out some paperwork and zoom, zoom! Off we went! The test drive went great! Chris was great. He was patient, well-mannered (not pushy) and calmly asked me questions about what I was looking for in a car, why I was looking, my price point and other questions I thought were really good. When I left the dealership, Chris made me feel like I was a friend who I could count on. After some careful consideration and research on my own end, I ended up buying the car from Chris. Chris made me feel confident that I could count on him and trust him. I've now had the car for a couple of months and anytime I've had any questions, Chris has been on-point and gotten back with me in a timely manner and given me the most up-front, honest answers and for that, I can't thank him enough. He took care of me, and therefore he has a life-long fan and customer in me! :) More

As a single young woman I had some apprehensions about going in solo to look for a new car. This loyalty was directly attributed to exceptional customer service that was provided by a small town dealership known as Interstate Ford in Saint Joseph MO. Unfortunately they were bought out by a large dealership and customer service became a thing of the past. With quality/ customer service a priority, I turned to an acquaintance (Kristie Nichols) for advice. Through her words, I decided to give Cable-Dahmer a try and I couldn't be more happy that I did. She suggested that I speak with Jeff Davis for his great knowledge and experience with all vehicles. Jeff was awesome! He had answers for all my questions and was very thorough on every model that I asked about. Jeff even stayed late to work around my schedule. Jeff provided the exceptional customer service that I had been looking for and provided me with the exact information that made it clear my next vehicle would be a Chevy from Cable-Dahmer. The exceptional customer service didn't end there. After I decided on a vehicle, the finance manager provided me with the knowledge necessary to make wise decisions on extra care plans for my vehicle without putting me to sleep.
