Kathleen Spurrier was the on-line contact who arranged an inspection of the new vehicle I was interested in. I did purchase the vehicle I was interested in. It was a very satisfactory experience, and the sa inspection of the new vehicle I was interested in. I did purchase the vehicle I was interested in. It was a very satisfactory experience, and the salesperson, Alejandro Garcia, was a pleasure to work with. He was professionally congenial, confident, friendly, and knowledgeable. I confided in him the very bad experience I had with the north dealership in 2006, but he completely erased any bad feelings that remained over that. I really enjoyed working with him putting this deal together. I also confided in Alejandro that I had 30 years experience working in the automotive business. In those 30 years of association with car salespeople, I became very weary and skeptical of dealership sales tactics. I can tell you that this transaction was nothing like what I observed in the past. Everyone I had contact with displayed a professionalism I had seen very little of in the past. I was first presented with sales numbers that were in line with the information I had researched, I was offered a fair deal for my trade in, and I was offered all the add-ins, but when I declined some I was never pressured in any way. I especially appreciate the dealership's willingness to get the vehicle to the south dealership, nearer to me, for inspection and delivery. I will definitely make sure I tell all my associates and friends about this experience. More
