She came in spoke, asked if we needed anything.(I thought perhaps she was the receptionist) Perhaps she had went out and looked at my 2006 HHR in the service center and sensed I may be in need of a new car. Christina was not pushy, she simply stated facts about mileage,and condition of the 2006 HHR. Christinia let me test drive the 2011 HHR and I was ready to sign papers, Then Eric mentioned the new Chevrolet Cruz. Christiana let my husband and I test drive the car. GREAT!!!! My husband wanted me to have that car in the Blue Ice color. Christina made it happen, Eric worked out the financing. Boy are we HAPPY! Payments are a little higher but I am driving a new 2011 Chevy Cruz!! I really liked the spirit of TEAM everyone working together for the good of everyone working. I have been to Broome Chevrolet and was not treated very nice and I have never gone back for anything. I have always and will continue to use Cable Dahmer at 555 W. 103rd Street Kansas City, Missouri, for my Chevy needs and for the truck that we will purchase in September 2011. GREAT JOB TEAM. More

Amazing Dealership!! I have always held a common stereo type to salesmen and car dealerships but at Kansas City's Cable Dahmer they couldnt have proved that over eager and pushy stereo type more wrong. My salesman was more helpful, caring, and professional than ever and each time I went in, every employee made me feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable, down to the simplest gesture of offering me something to drink. I've never seen such a refreshing atmosphere at any dealership. Nick Hill was my salesman-I was never pressured or taken advantage of and AMAZINGLY he listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and PRICE and didnt just try to get me into some new expensive car. I have already recomended multiple friends and family members to the dealership and will definately be returning in the future myself. More

I am totally satisfied with my purchase of a new Silverado pickup truck from Cable-Dahmer of Kansas City. Jeff has always been honest with me and suggested what he thought would work better me. To make a long story short, I ended up leaving later that day with my 2011 Silverado. Jeff found me a great vehicle and a great price within the paramters of my request. Jeff also gave me a small tour of the Dealership and introduced me to the Service manager. First of all, we have purchased our last four suburbans/truck from this particular dealership. Dean Meier, was my salesman for our latest purchase & he was very accomidating in many ways. He found us a Z71 suburban- from what I understand- there are not many around. The purchase was fairly painless, upon attaining the vehicle my first day, I noticed problems with the instrument panel (stayed illuminated all night & would not display the mileage, etc.) I took the vehicle back into them & they hooked me up with a loaner car immediately, and I left there being a little disappointed with my new vehicle( suburban). They figured out the malfunction with my new truck & could not get the part until a few days. We were planning to go out of town for spring break before my truck could be returned to us & Dean made sure we had a vehicle--equally as nice as my new suburban--to make our trip in. My son, hit the lock key in the truck & locked all the keys (part of my stupidity), purse & phone in it the morning we were packing up to leave...anyhow, I called Dean & he immediately sent down a courier with a key to unlock the vehicle for us ...many thanks for that! Long story(&week), short...we will be back to purchase our next vehicle in the future. Thank you! More

I went to this dealership not knowing i was going to come home with a car that same day. After i test drove the car i knew thats the car i wanted. We have purchased two vehicles from Cable Dahmer, one brand new and one used. Both times, Dean in sales treated us exceptionally well. Before dealing with Cable Dahmer and Jeff Davis all of my experiences had been anything but enjoyable. The games of back and forth to "MY MANAGER", etc.-we all know what they are. So when my husband and I needed a new car in January I very reluctantly drug my feet and finally said okay. I had heard good things about Cable Dahmer, their customer service, etc and truthfully they are the closest dealership to our home. From the minute we arrived and said "Just looking" until we drove the car off of the lot we were treated with the utmost respect. No high pressure, no games. We bought a brand new Malibu and have been very pleased with our choice. Being a loyal Chevrolet customer this is just one in the long list of Chevrolets we have purchased in the last 30+ years. Jeff has been extremely good with follow-up, and taking care of some matters that were probably a little above the norm. No I still don't want to walk barefoot through hot coals, or swim in Lake Michigan in January. But when the time comes to buy a car Cable Dahmer and Jeff Davis will get my business. I have told others about our experience and will recommend this dealership and salesperson when the time comes. More
