Stan Adkins was a great sales consultant. We found this truck on the internet, on autotrader.com. We called the dealership, worked on the deal over the phone, they gave us a great deal. Last weekend I was on a mission to get a new car. I had a few things I was looking for specifically. 1. Warranty coverage 2. Lower my monthly car payment 3. Front wheel drive and 4. I had in my mind it was going to be horrible, but I needed to do it so I just had to get out there and look. I was certainly not going back to the last place I purchased my Trailblazer from so the first place I went to was Cable Dahmer Chevrolet. When I got there I was walking the lot and was quickly met by Jeff Davis. I was not quite sure what I wanted, but after working with Jeff and test driving several different models I made the decision to buy an HHR. And I love it! Jeff was very patient, friendly, respectful, and tentative to what I wanted. He explained all of my “many” questions about warranty and service. Then it came time to meet with the finance guy… I felt like I wanted to be sick to my stomach…that’s were I felt I got “screwed” on my last purchase (not at Cable Dahmer). But then I met Larry Van Zandt… OMG, I couldn’t have been more wrong and quite honestly…I don’t admit that much (ask my husband)! With the factory rebates and my trade in it allowed more than enough room (financially) to get an extended warranty and still accomplish all of my other goals. Lower payment etc… Overall, my experience was a 6 on a rating from 1-5. I accomplished all I set out to do and I learned from this experience too. I’m happy that I left with a good feeling and as a better educated consumer. I will never buy a new car with out going to see Jeff and Larry first! More

The entire staff was awesome! Chris always made me feel like I was his first priority. He stayed well after closing to make sure the deal was what I wanted. She came in spoke, asked if we needed anything.(I thought perhaps she was the receptionist) Perhaps she had went out and looked at my 2006 HHR in the service center and sensed I may be in need of a new car. Christina was not pushy, she simply stated facts about mileage,and condition of the 2006 HHR. Christinia let me test drive the 2011 HHR and I was ready to sign papers, Then Eric mentioned the new Chevrolet Cruz. Christiana let my husband and I test drive the car. GREAT!!!! My husband wanted me to have that car in the Blue Ice color. Christina made it happen, Eric worked out the financing. Boy are we HAPPY! Payments are a little higher but I am driving a new 2011 Chevy Cruz!! I really liked the spirit of TEAM everyone working together for the good of everyone working. I have been to Broome Chevrolet and was not treated very nice and I have never gone back for anything. I have always and will continue to use Cable Dahmer at 555 W. 103rd Street Kansas City, Missouri, for my Chevy needs and for the truck that we will purchase in September 2011. GREAT JOB TEAM. More

I have always held a common stereo type to salesmen and car dealerships but at Kansas City's Cable Dahmer they couldnt have proved that over eager and pushy stereo type more wrong. My salesman was more helpful, caring, and professional than ever and each time I went in, every employee made me feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable, down to the simplest gesture of offering me something to drink. I've never seen such a refreshing atmosphere at any dealership. Nick Hill was my salesman-I was never pressured or taken advantage of and AMAZINGLY he listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and PRICE and didnt just try to get me into some new expensive car. I have already recomended multiple friends and family members to the dealership and will definately be returning in the future myself. More
