When buying a new vehicle and spending a large amount on that vehicle, you would assume that you would receive great service right? WRONG....they will bend over backwards when your there and tell you that t that vehicle, you would assume that you would receive great service right? WRONG....they will bend over backwards when your there and tell you that they will meet all your needs and expectations. Don't expect a phone call from them either when you need something. I purchased a vehicle over two weeks ago, and still have yet to get everything that was negotiated in the contract. I have called repeatedly leaving messages with both the sales person and the sales manager. I had also sent text's regarding my concerns, still no answer or call back. My suggestion is to not walk off that lot until you have everything you want before you sign on the dotted line. I guess it's a good thing Chevy had the total confidence love it or return it! More

Went to Cable Dahmer to look at some used vehicles. I had no intention on buying a vehicle that day. From the second Chris walked up to us in the parking lot it was a wonderful experience. Everyone in the entire dealership was very pleasant and accomadating.NOt to mention the dealership showroom was very clean and welcoming. We had our 2 little kids with us and they were getting restless and everyone kept bringing them ballons, snacks, water,toys, coloring books, whatever we needed. I have purchased many cars and this was by far the best experience ever.
