After wandering the lot with one of the managers for 10 minutes, we found out that the car had been sold that morning. Why did they tell us it available when it wasn't? How long does it really take to enter SOLD in the computer? More
Trying to Buy Used Truck I did not enjoy my experience with Cable Dahmer. I was trying to trade in my truck and buy a 2017 F-150 on Saturday (04/04/20). I filled out a credit I did not enjoy my experience with Cable Dahmer. I was trying to trade in my truck and buy a 2017 F-150 on Saturday (04/04/20). I filled out a credit app and sent all the information they needed to try and get it financed. Later that Saturday I was told it would be Monday, then it was Tuesday and then Wednesday. Everyday I was told by Troy (Salesmen) that it was getting done. Troy called me Wednesday morning and said that since my truck was not showing on my credit report that I could not trade it in. I have never heard anything like this. It appears they only tried to finance me through Ally and GM Financial and never tried any other banks. I find it hard to believe that the dealership only uses two banks for all of its financing needs. I sent two emails and a text message to follow up with other questions and asking for any other options after I was told they couldn’t make the deal. I never got a reply and the messages were sent around 11:00 am on Wednesday about 30 minutes after the phone call from Troy. I also find it kind of weird that when I was trying to buy the truck it was listed for $28,000 and then after being left in the dark on Wednesday with several questions. The truck was listed at $33,000, then appears to have been sold the very next day. I feel like they had a better deal come along on the truck and they just wanted to end my transaction. Why would it take 4 days to tell me they couldn’t get financing when they only tried two banks. Seems like only customers with great credit can do business at Cable Dahmer. More
They call right back or answer when you are wanting to purchase a vehicle; however, they are not friendly or helpful when returning a lease vehicle. They refused to take the keys unless it was on their time even if it was past my lease end date which would cause me problems, the receptionist kept hanging up on me, and the manager told me even though my car has been on the lot for 24 hours he was going to say it wasn’t returned or not ground it making me still liable. I would not recommend this place to anyone! More

Bought a contract for lifetime oilchange.It clearly states as long as I own the vehicle and unlimited miles. I was just informed that it expired.. I'll never step foot in that place again. One oil leak two $325 bills Took my Pontiac G6 into service on 10/22/19 and advised the service writer Zach that I had a fairly major oil leak on front side of engine around the Took my Pontiac G6 into service on 10/22/19 and advised the service writer Zach that I had a fairly major oil leak on front side of engine around the timing chain cover or front seal. About a Quart every 10 to 14 days. The next day I recieved a call that the service tech found a leak on the back side of the valve cover gasket (cam cover) and that that gasket replacement resolved the problem. I raised my concern's that I didnt feel that was the problem because most of the oil leaked covered the front timing chain area and the oil covered area under my hood was at the front passenger side. Zach advised me that they topped off the oil and let it run for awhile and found no leaks and if there were any problems to just return. That was on Invoice 1ccs372663 for $343.08. The next time I drove my G6 I saw a very large wet oil spot In my drive way. I had scrubbed away the previous wet oil spot so it would not get tracked in to my home. I called and talked to Zach and we set a date and time and I returned it. The next day received a call from Zach. He stated that the problem was fixed and that the service worker said it was very obvious as oil was running out of timing cover area. When I went to pick it up I questioned the bill , Invoice 1ccs374161 for $324.39. I was told by Zach that It was a separate issue because some of the times when they fix a leak in one area that it can start coming out another separate area. I was so blown away by that stupidly. The first service tech did not do his job right so I was stuck with 2 bills because of his incompleteness! My G6 is my back and forth to work car with a 199000 miles on it and when I need to replace it I know where not to buy. More
