I only needed an oil change for my truck, but I was truly treated like I had my entire truck replaced. Yes, the service was that good. I bought an SRX. I've never driven such a beautiful auto. Ray Foster is A-1! Sherrill Bass was great, too. My experience at your dealership was great. I came on a rainy day looking for a used ford explorer. Jesse came out and helped me by looking at some other options. Setting up two cars to test drive while I waited inside. After driving an all wheel drive Chevy Equinox and a nother vehicle. I told Jesse I would like to bring my husband in to drive the Equinox. We came in on Sat. Driving the Equinox was an experience I will never forget. It rode like a dream. Jesse, Kari and Christina got us our car and on our way back home to watch the MU Tigers football game in time. I would refer a friend to this dealership. I initially sent an email to the dealership inquiring about a 2007 Kia Spectra that I'd seen on AutoTrader.com. Followed up with a phone call. Got to talk to Leslie Anthony, who said she was just getti about a 2007 Kia Spectra that I'd seen on AutoTrader.com. Followed up with a phone call. Got to talk to Leslie Anthony, who said she was just getting ready to send her email reply. Leslie was very pleasant & easy to talk to. A few minutes later, I got a call from Jesse Burke - also easy to talk to. We set up a time for me to take a look at the car. I was greeted by him when I got there. We took the car for a test drive on the route he usually goes on. But I also wanted to see how the car performed & needed an empty parking lot. He directed me to a place big enough to do the skidpad test, taking off & stopping quickly, & other performance tests (all of which the car did very well on). I was driving a rental at the time & was wondering how I would handle returning that car. Jesse reassured me that if Hertz couldn't pick up the car at the dealership, he'd help me with other options. I was concerned with the future reliability of the car & Jeff Davis told me about the checklist the car had to pass in order to have a 3 month/3000 mile warranty. He also had the service techs balance the tires on the car, which corrected the vibration I noticed at highway speeds. Everyone seemed to want what was best for me as a customer. When it's time to move on to my next car, I'd definitely go to Cable Dahmer Chevrolet first. More
I actually came to the dealership to have my GMC Yukon serviced. Aaron has helped my family before and saw me while I waited. Told me about this NEW impala with Adaptive cruise. Customer service is a huge thing to me. Cable Dahmers excellent customer service started as soon as I inquired about a car online. James Anderson was eager and willing to help me. Other internet sales reps that I had spoken with at other dealerships always wanted me to come in to the dealership and then they would help me. I wanted to know that I could get what I want without wasting my time and getting the run around. You will not get the run around here. Once James Anderson helped me to the best of his potential, Jamie Burke contacted me. Jamie was very kind and inviting. He listened to what I wanted and when I couldn't get what I wanted, he went looking for something else that met mine and the banks criteria. Jamie was quick to explain things I didn't understand and that made this process a breeze. Then it was off to financing where I met Alejandro Garcia. I'm a first time car buyer so I wasn't too sure about how insurance and warranties worked. I know he was just doing his job when he explained it to me, but to some people, that would have been a hassle. Not to him. He was quick and eager to explain things to me that I didn't understand. Overall, if I could rate my experience any higher, I would. Not just these three guys I talked about, but everyone there I had talked to yesterday was super nice and inviting. While waiting for my car to be detailed I sat and watched tv. Many employees came up and had a conversation with me. At other dealerships, once some papers were signed it was like I wasn't even there. Not here. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a car. New or used. Everyone is awesome.
