Once James Anderson helped me to the best of his potential, Jamie Burke contacted me. Jamie was very kind and inviting. He listened to what I wanted and when I couldn't get what I wanted, he went looking for something else that met mine and the banks criteria. Jamie was quick to explain things I didn't understand and that made this process a breeze. Then it was off to financing where I met Alejandro Garcia. I'm a first time car buyer so I wasn't too sure about how insurance and warranties worked. I know he was just doing his job when he explained it to me, but to some people, that would have been a hassle. Not to him. He was quick and eager to explain things to me that I didn't understand. Overall, if I could rate my experience any higher, I would. Not just these three guys I talked about, but everyone there I had talked to yesterday was super nice and inviting. While waiting for my car to be detailed I sat and watched tv. Many employees came up and had a conversation with me. At other dealerships, once some papers were signed it was like I wasn't even there. Not here. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a car. New or used. Everyone is awesome.
