Awesome Dealership! We intended to lease a new vehicle and purchase a used vehicle for our daughter. After looking at several used vehicles, our "team" at Cable-Dahmer found a new car meeting our purchase price! Thanks to Alex, Chris and Derek, we have an awesome leased car and a happy daughter! We will return to Cable-Dahmer for our next car purchase.! More

Above and Beyond! I went to pick up my title and get gas and spots cleaned off of the floor mat of my car. Nick was the one that was available to take me for the gas but was going to take me to detailing for the floor mat first. We drove around and offered me a free car was first, which I accepted.....who wouldn't? When we went to the detailing garage, there was no one there. Nick hopped out, went in through another door, opened the garage door and took care of me himself. He could have said that I needed to come back another day, but he didn't. He grabbed what he needed, a brush and cleaned it up. Put some paper mats down to protect the wet mats then came back out with some tire bright and even sprayed the tires to make them shine! He went above and beyond what he was required to do! He had excellent customer service the entire time. We were able to talk about movies, our children and even the shows we grew up watching (we are only a few years apart in age). He then took me to get gas in my car, gave me a firm handshake and well wishes and I was on my way. I can't say enough about his excellent service. I really thought I would have to come back when detailing was open. Cable Dahmer really does have some of the best people! More

When I stopped in to begin seriously looking around for a vehicle, Ron Franklin listened to me regarding the type of car I wanted to purchase & ultimately had a car in mind. It was perfect! While test driving the car, Ron was very familiar with the all of the basic and added features on the new Chevy Cruze. I was sold! When I came in very early one morning (not expecting to see a sales person), Christina was at work. Christina answered my questions & addressed my concerns. She was extremely helpful & knowledgeable regarding next steps & seeing that I realized that next step...purchasing the car I loved! Christina ensured my expectations were met. I walked onto the lot and was greated after about a minute by Christina. She was very pleasant and down to earth. She wasn't the least bit pushy and I was able to relate to her. She never made us feel rushed and never got annoyed when we went back and forth with numbers. We went in to buy one vehicle and ended up buying two because of the deals we were able to make. One of our trade-in's happened to be in their service center, and we were unable to grab our stuff out of it. She went in and grabbed all of our stuff out of it, down to the last penny (literally). She will go the extra mile for you. Alex was great to. We had our 5 year old son with us. Alex didn't get annoyed when our son wanted to watch the old dot matrix printer to see how it worked or look over his shoulder because he was curious as to what he was doing. He was also very friendly and explained everything in very simple terms and worked with us to make sure everything was very affordable and met our needs. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

My great new Silverado truck buying experience I arrived for the first time with no appointment and Rick Zapata was very friendly and asked if he could help me. I told him I was interested in possibly buying a new Silverado and I was very specific with what I wanted and also a price point. Rather than try to lead me his way he worked with what I wanted and was extremely pleasant and accomodating. He is a tremendous car salesman. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle and comfortable on the test drive. Talking price he didn't waste my time and we got right down to the bottom line w/ minimum haggling. Enter Aaron. He also explained what the dealership could do with price and why quickly and we got a fair good price for me worked out. Also very knowledgable and responded quickly to what truck I wanted without pushing what he thought. Then the cherry on top Rick offered to deliver my vehicle to my house 30 min away that evening! Wow, and it was no done begrudgingly which is the highest compliment I can give! Kari was quick to work w/ in finance which I liked and she didn't push things on me which I liked.
