Transmission Recommendation I had my daughter take in her 2013 Chevy Spark because it was due for a transmission fluid change that would cost around $400.00. She also was hearing some grinding noises and asked them to check that out as well because she had driven through some high water and was concerned that may have damaged something. That day they charged her $89.95 to drain a sample of transmission fluid. They stated they "found metal in the fluid and the fluid to not be as thick as normal. Fluid has a swampy smell to it as well." They recommended she get a new transmission for $4,200.00. Of course I had her decline. I took the car to AAMCO where they did not find metal in the fluid. They did find the AC compressor was ripped apart and the wires were not attached. When she contacted Jack Parres the service consultant he stated he would stand by his service tech's findings. She had stated to him I paid $89.95 to your techs to look at fluid that has nothing wrong with it he stated "you don't pay our technicians. The company pays them." Extremely rude! When I contacted Donna with the customer survey group she had stated a transmission change should cost around $150.00. I was planning on buying future cars from the dealer but that has changed. I will never do business with this dealership again. I am advising any and everyone I meet to avoid this dealership as well. To have my daughter scammed into buying a $4,200.00 transmission when that was not even the problem is not good business to say the least. To have the people at the dealership go on the defensive without trying to rectify the issues is unacceptable. I If you are considering this dealership run!!!! More

Are they lying ? Yes I went to this place several times to buy a vehicle (used) and after a lot of miscommunication, I was called, texted etc I was approved for the vehicl I went to this place several times to buy a vehicle (used) and after a lot of miscommunication, I was called, texted etc I was approved for the vehicle and would be contacted with details etc. That never happened. I was told a day later after never getting a call the vehicle was sold. Hmmm, So I was told to come back in look at different vehicles and I was told by the guy who evidently took me as some stupid customer about something he found on my credit report that was not on there 24-hours when I was approved, total b.s and then I was told about some loan he seen open etc another LIE, I mean the best way to tell if this dealership is lying to you is to look at their lips, If they are moving they are lying and think you are the dumbest person to accept the crap out their mouth. I have the proof to all I said herein, one time I came to this dealership for a vehicle and the guy told me he was giving me a good deal, so when I asked why was he selling me a car for $4,000 more than listed he said let me check on that, so he checked and said he had made a mistake etc yeah, he tried to RIP off the wrong person, of course I did not buy the car. This place talks fast but in the end the customer is being lied too, and spoken down to as if you are totally dumb to the car buying process. Those friendly smiles are the devil work be careful. More

Big finish! The initial car buying experience was so-so. We felt a tad uneasy about whether we made the right choice or not. However, once our vehicle was brought to us we knew we had made a good choice!!! The young man named Adam ran through to us all our features, answered any and all questions, and even took the extra time to help us set up our Bluetooth and Onstar systems. after pulling off the lot we both said to each other how much reassurance we felt after that and that we had made a good decision. So hats off to that young man. Also to the finance people for helping us get the best deal possible for us! Will recommend to our friends and family. More
