Lack of respect I called the service department 3 weeks ago when the GM recall went and was informed that my car did not fall under the recall at the moment. Something felt wrong with my car so I called this morning at 11:26am to inquiry if it had been added. I was informed by the young male that I talked to it had been added. I was told it was and that they had the parts on hand. I said I couldn't bring it in tomorrow as I have to go back to work. He said I could drop it off today. I told him I would be up there shortly. I arrived at the service department at 12:30 and they had no idea I was coming because the person on the phone didn't write a ticket. After talking with the service advisor, he informed me that they only had one of the parts needed and that I would be put in an Enterprise car instead of a loaner from them like I was informed on the phone. I told them I was told I would have no expense out of pocket and that Enterprise will charge a deposit. They said that's not true and I said it is because I just had one when my car was getting the bumper repaired. I had the money to pay the deposit, but now its more of a principal of being told one thing and another thing happening. It also went from a 2 to 3 day repair job to one without an end in sight. How in an hour could that change? Why is it that as a female they treat me like I am a complete idiot when it comes to my car? I am not. I am a well educated woman. No one can explain what happened and why I wasn't told upfront they didn't have all the parts. Had the service man informed me, I could have taken my car to any Chevy dealer before they had my car in the back and I had the rental, I may have taken it elsewhere. I just hope my car isn't worse off when I get it back. It took me talking to the owner to get any headway and I still feel cheated and disrespected. More
I brought in my 2005 Chevy Silverado for an oil change and a fuel pump replacement. They supplied me with a rental and it took 4 days. The left hand doesn't talk to the right hand in service department, I called and spoke with a manager and he said I would be refunded that charge. Well FOUR MONTHS have gone by and no refund. I think Cable-Dahmer and Dave Cross motors should combine to make the worst dealership/service department and they can be collectively avoided! More
Took in for catalytic converter warranty replacement. Was told that in order to replace that, I needed to replace my exhaust manifold first, which was they found to be cracked. Knowing that my car has NO engine noise or smell that you WILL hear from a cracked manifold, I questioned the cost and diagnosis, I was told they performed a "pressure test" to find it after scanning the codes and finding the following 4. P0420-Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold, P0300-Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire, P0101-Mass Air Flow Circuit Range, P0326-Sensor Circuit Range/Performance. All of which could lead back to what? A BAD/CLOGGED CATALYTIC CONVERTER. I was also told that they would go ahead and fix an existing problem with my passenger door lock (actuator has already been replaced 3 times and still doesn't work on a 2008 Malibu) and THAT wasn't even completed after I FINALLY got ahold of my contact there from an 11:18a initial phone call at 3:45p in the afternoon.. Went to get not only a second opinion, but a third also and sure enough, the catalitic converter is beyond clogged. (Which generally can cause a manifold to crack, which by the way mine is not.) Thanks guys.. Won't be coming back to spend any money there, and I have posted your coupons that was sent on a mailer on Craigslist for free. (And come to find out, you can purchase an exhaust manifold for $350, thats a LOT of labor!) P.S. Got a customer follow-up phone call and explained all this, was told they WOULD get back to me that day to talk about the issue, and have been waiting 4 days now to no avail..... More

There are several reasons I bring all my cars to your dealership, but Erin and Justin (My service writer) make the experience enjoyable. They are always friendly and helpful and willing to do the extras dealership, but Erin and Justin (My service writer) make the experience enjoyable. They are always friendly and helpful and willing to do the extras that set your dealership above the others. I would also like to mention Bobby in the service department has helped me on a few occasions and is also an outstanding member of your team. The management and owners should be proud of the people they have working for them. I will continue to bring my cars (even my non-chevy cars)to your dealership for service and have hopes of purchasing the new style corvette when it arrives. More

I was greeted promptly and Blaine and explained why I was there. I had a recall from GM concerning my Saturn Vue. Blaine quickly looked it up on the computer and had me sign the work order. He told me about how long it would take to complete and took me inside where I was greeted by Erin. I asked for a loaner and was promptly signed up for a car. In about 1 1/2 hr. I was called, and my car was ready. I appreciated the loaner as it gave us time to run the errands that we needed and did not waste time sitting waiting for our car to be repaired. I appreciated the help that was given by the staff. More
