Great Service with Short Notice I picked up a new Z06 Corvette at the National Corvette Museum (NCM) in Kentucky. An oil change is required after the first 500 miles. Driving back I picked up a new Z06 Corvette at the National Corvette Museum (NCM) in Kentucky. An oil change is required after the first 500 miles. Driving back to Portland, OR I knew I would hit 500 miles in MO. Called a couple dealerships in the KC area that morning; no one would give me an appointment. John Davis worked me in for the time I would arrive in the area. No hassle over the type of oil required and he was very accommodating to put us in a loaner to go for lunch. This service was extended knowing we would not be return customers. I have asked the NCM to provide the name of Cable-Dahmer Chevrolet to all Z06 owners heading north. If you're a senior citzen and need service hold on to your wallet. Had my car towed in and thought repair costs were excessive. After I picked my car up I investigated a range of what the same repair should cost and Cable Dahlmers' repair bill exceeded the next highest estimate. I have purchased both my vehicles from this dealership and the sales department was outstanding. But I need a place I can rely on to always take care of me, not just at point of sale. More
service Had some performance work done to my satisfaction. On may 6th 2015 Had my door handle diagnosed was told it was a switch which I purchased. Asked to borrow a screw driver for (2 screws)could not get one from parts counter. Went home replaced handle was not the problem. Called and was told it ended to be programmed. Checked with other dealers and said I did not. Brought car back(I live 40 miles away) was told couldn't program it and needed a door latch ($260) Which w labor would be $500 lengthy job. And was told also needed programming. Other dealers said not true. I did find a used latch for $70 and 4 screws and 10 mins later the door was fixed. Hmmm? Totally satisfied with performance work ... but thebad diagnoses of door and purchasing of wrong part due to and not offered my money back was bad it was only $15 but would have never purchased the part if I was not informed that it was bad. Also don't know why other dealers would say neither door switch or handle needs programin and this dealership says it does. I replaced latch and no programming works fine 10 min. Job . I would have felt really bad if I had paid $500 for this service. More
Service Was told when I bought my car that I would receive free oil changes for 2 years. NOT what happened. I drove in the fog, rain and hail, very early in the morning on my day off to get my car serviced (not to mention that I drove 40 mi. to get there) and received the news that they had a "special meeting" and could no longer give the free oil changes that I was promised, and that there was a misunderstanding and it was to only be 2 free oil changes per year. Well I guess enough people misunderstood to have a "special meeting" about it. At the VERY least I should have had that explained before I drove that far, that early, and in the weather. I am VERY UNHAPPY. This is NOT good customer service AT ALL. I did receive a call 2-1/2 hrs later for a 1/2 price oil change if I was still in the area. What a joke. More

Beware of this service team and Marty Dahmer! A NIGHTMARE! Absolute worst experience an automobile owner could possibly encounter from the automobiles certified service dealership. My 2012 Camar A NIGHTMARE! Absolute worst experience an automobile owner could possibly encounter from the automobiles certified service dealership. My 2012 Camaro RS engine failed at 19,000 miles, after a quick google search i decided to put my trust in the Cable Dahmer Team to service my vehicle under its warranty. Huge Mistake!!! 11 days after it was towed and serviced by their general service technicians and their heavy motor technicians they informed me that my vehicle could not be repaired it needed a complete motor replacement and that my vehicles warranty was now void from their diagnosis. They then informed me i was to pay the tow bill $90, the heavy motor technician time invested $360, along with a $136 5quarts of oil fill, and have it towed off their lot asap. They wrote on the service report my vehicle was 5 qt out of 6 qt low due to a aftermarket air filter intake. I had my vehicle towed from their lot to Molle Chevrolet in Blue Springs and filed a dispute against Cable-Dahmer and Chevrolet with the Better Business Bureau. Molle Chevrolet and their Service Manager Mike were so professional and helpful. Molle went above and beyond, the team at Molle are amazing, just really GOOD people. The end result was i reached an agreement with Chevrolet to pay a $2000 deductible for a new motor and after proper diagnosis and service to my vehicle it was discovered that there was never any new oil added to my vehicle by Cable-Dahmer and the aftermarket part isnt affecting a single drop of oil. Cable-Dahmer made fraudulent service reports, charged for services and parts that were never used, and falsely caused, a vehicle they are certified to service, a customers warranty to be denied resulting in a customer and Chevrolet having to arbitrate by means of a dispute filed with a third party legal agency (BBB). Marty Dahmer shouldnt have a business license in my opinion. Beware of this Dealership, its all bad. More
no work done Went to the dealership last night to find out what's going on with my van. Come to find out the guy who was supposed to be making sure that thing was getting done wasn't doing that. Apparently nothing has been done to my van for 3 months. Of the 3 months we had it a week and had to take it back cause we noticed nothing was done the first month it was sitting there. They then said it should be done by Tuesday. I then told them "no offense but I dont believe you guys anymore." They then told me they was sorry but at least I was driving around in a nice care. It took all my power not to go off right then and there. I have had to clean every single loaner car that I have been in. The traverse I was in was the worst. I had to spend 3 hours cleaning the inside. I cleaned 5 of the loaner cars I was in. I will say everyone has been very friendly. More
